Genesis Noelle Wright (ANoelle) is a PVP-oriented backline damage dealer. She is mostly notable for her ability to circumvent Valid Hit mechanics with Enhanced Attacks she uses after Special Skill. Those attacks target a fixed amount of units in range, meaning she can bypass frontline units and deal damage to squishy backline units directly. On top of that she grants her entire team stealth detection.
ANoelle’s Exclusive Equipment set is a damage improvement over alternatives. Unfortunately accessories have HIT main stat. As ANoelle’s evasion is abysmal, she really needs evasion. You are encouraged to mix EE Weapon/Armor with evasion accessories from Relic Gear.
In PVE, ANoelle doesn’t do enough single target damage to compensate for her complete lack of team utility. Outside of Swift Dimensional Trimming Room 3 there is little reason to play her. She has a theoretical niche in AoE 16-unit content, but as of writing no such content exists.
In PVP, ANoelle’s unique targeting mechanics come into play. Early into the match it is almost impossible to represent enough bodies to fully absorb her Enhanced Attacks, meaning she can deal unmitigated damage to squishy backline units and usually kills them in 1-2 hits. This means that, unlike most sniper units, ANoelle is best played as forward as you can while still positioning her behind frontline units so that she is able to kill both the frontline and the backline.
While this ability to quickly dispatch priority targets is powerful, ANoelle lacks survivability and demands protection from the rest of the team. Yuppie operator is almost mandatory to enable her potential and every other backline protection tool in the game is greatly appreciated. Anything that offers more backline protection (e.g. Albion ship passive, Awakened Hilde, Awakened Ray) is strong when paired with her.
As ANoelle can obliterate the entire backline in just a few seconds, it is important to deal with her quickly. By the time her entry animation finishes something disruptive should already be deployed. Units like Blue Blood Elizabeth Pendragon and Awakened Lee Sooyeon can target her directly. Sleep completely disables her entire kit, so Gremory (and to a lesser extent Lily) can be used to buy time. Gremory is also especially strong because she is able to remove Yuppie’s barrier stacks. Redirect tools (e.g. Replacer Knight) are as relevant as ever and can be used to divert her enhanced attacks away from the rest of the team.
The strongest flying DPS (other than Mavka).
Unique targeting mechanic on enhanced attacks.
Abysmal survivability

Scales very well with ASPD, making ASPD latent Swift Relics/ ASPD option 1 Exclusive Equipment a viable alternative to usual options
The gear recommendations have been simplified and you should use them in combination with this guide (for PVP) and this guide (for PVE).
