PVP
Harab is a PVP-oriented supporter defined by her ability to confuse enemy summons and enemies that cost less than 3 DP. The confusion status makes afflicted targets switch sides. In short, Harab steals enemy units.
In PVE, Harab has historically seen extremely fringe use in high level endgame content as a DMG RDC buffer. In the majority of situations, there will be stronger alternatives for the defensive support role.
In PVP, Harab is played predominantly as a hard counterpick in response to the week’s meta. Harab’s primary use cases are:
Harab can be used as a counterpick against units/ comps vulnerable to confusion (e.g. Awakened Yuna’s bird).
Harab can be used as a counterpick against oppressive UP units; Harab’s “2 DP or below” condition checks after the -1 DP cost discount on UP, making her a natural counter to the vast majority of the UP pool on any given week.
- Confusion gimmick fulfills a specific purpose.
- Unit does nothing outside of her niche.
- Her range is not very far and Harab does not have the stats to take much damage for long.
