Summary
Six Wings Lee Jisoo is a PVP-oriented utility frontline tank. Most of her impact comes from passively applying debuffs to all enemies including:
25% ASPD to Strikers, Rangers and Snipers
75% Skill Haste for 16 seconds to Strikers, Rangers and Snipers
Can’t recover (-90% Incoming Healing in PVE)
In addition to this heap of utility, Jisoo’s Special Skill applies a rare DMG Accel status with an additional DMG AMP debuff and Ultimate Skill applies hilariously long Nullify Buff debuff.
Jisoo’s Exclusive Equipment massively boosts her survivability on account of providing around 20% DMG RDC from latents. This stat bloat is core to her performance in competitive PVP game modes.
PVE Review
In PVE, Jisoo applies a rare DMG Accel debuff. This makes her an alternative to other sources of the debuff (only Great Silence Ecclesia at the time of writing), mostly applicable in 16-unit content. Around 40% Skill Haste is required to maintain full uptime.
PVP Review
In PVP, Jisoo serves as a hard to kill body that completely blocks healing. For teams reliant on healing supports for survivability she is essentially a must remove threat. Outside of that niche, due to increasing returns nature of ASPD% debuff, she can be combined with other ASPD% debuffers (e.g. Purple Mist Laura Beatrix) to cripple enemy damage output.
Due to Jisoo’s nature as an expensive no Valid Hit Absorption utility tank, her performance is largely matchup dependent. If the opposing team can deal enough damage to kill her (e.g. Asmodeus Rosaria le Friede) or bypass her durability to kill units behind her (e.g. Replacer Queen) she becomes a waste of DP.
