Space Hound Laika is a PVP-oriented anti-ranger specialist paratrooper. She has very high innate Anti-Ranger DMG / DMG RES and essentially permanent immunity to Special Skill tier hitstun.
She can easily kill every ranger that lacks backsteps, and against those that do have them she can stall them for a reasonable time thanks to respectable defensive stats.
