Dora is a Epic rarity character from the Warrior class who belongs to the Human faction and who uses the STR gear type.
A Soul who loves bears so much that she wants to be a bear herself. She has an outstanding talent for martial arts and has created a new category: Bearjutsu. She patrols the forests near the Fayren Union and the Kingdom of Solrey, working as a ranger.

Bearfoot Stomp
Type: Damage - AOE
Enlarged Dora tramples the nearest enemy and enemies within 2.5m around it, dealing damage equal to 260% of ATK and stunning them for 2 seconds. When she has a shield effect, deals additional damage equal to 160% of ATK.
Damage changes to 280%, additional damage changes to 170%.
Damage changes to 300%, additional damage changes to 180%. If she has Bear With Me effect, deals 180% additional damage.
Bear Paw-ah Punch
Type: Damage - Single
Puts all her might into a punch that deals damage equal to 220% of ATK to the nearest enemy. The punch deals additional damage equal to 160% of ATK and stuns the enemy for 2 sec when Dora has a shield effect.
Damage changes to 240%, additional damage changes to 170%.
Damage changes to 260%, additional damage changes to 180%. Additional 180% damage is dealt if she has Bear With Me effect.
Bear Knuckles
Type: Damage - Single
Punch full of torque deals damage equal to 180% of ATK to the nearest enemy. The punch deals additional damage equal to 100% of ATK when Dora has a shield effect.
Damage changes to 190%, additional damage changes to 105%.
Damage changes to 200%, additional damage changes to 110%. Additional 110% damage is dealt if she has Bear With Me effect.
Bear With Me
Type: Buff
Become the Bear! Receive true damage equal to 30% of current HP, and grants shield the same as her 30% of max HP for 24 sec. (Can’t be used when Dora’s HP is below 30%.) Crit DMG increases by 70% for 24 seconds.
Crit DMG increase changes to 80%.
Crit DMG increase changes to 90%. ATK increases to 20%.
Bearly Alive
Type: Buff
No armor stands in the way of a furious bear. All of Dora’s attacks ignore 25% of enemy DEF. When she has a shield effect, DEF increases by 30%, Crit Rate increases by 30%.
DEF increase changes to 40%.
DEF increase changes to 50%. Crit Rate increase changes to 40%.

Level 1: Boosts the lead Soul's damage dealt increase and total damage recieved decrease by 30% if the lead Soul has a shield.
Level 7: Boosts the lead Soul's damage dealt increase and total damage recieved decrease by 50% if the lead Soul has a shield.

Damage dealer
We have reworked our tier list owing to multiple meta shifts and how we rate characters. As such some of the reviews (especially of older characters) might not match the tier list ratings. Please prioritize the ratings given over provided Review. We will be working on updating all reviews, but it is a time-consuming endeavor.
The only ‘berserker’ unit in the game where she deals more damage at a lower HP, Dora excels at destroying single frontlines with her M1 and S3 which ignores enemy DEF. Comparable with Haru as a tank buster, she also has an extremely high crit and crit damage built-in, which is the reason why enemy Dora could oneshot your tanks if her attacks do not miss.
Ironically, being low HP doesn’t make Dora die instantly due to her innate 100% DEF boost (and physical/magic res with her artifact). While she does receive reduced healing, this is part of her kit to make her intentionally stay below 50% HP, but barriers still work in their full effect with her, making her an excellent choice with Talia.
That said, her role as a striker and not a pure tank limits her options of fitting into most traditional end game team comps, which mainly run tank/assassin/healer+backline. She cannot target backlines like an assassin despite her extraordinary damage while being low, and neither does she have the durability of a traditional tank. Furthermore, healers that only provide HP recovery would be half as effective on Dora, which limits the healers you can bring to enhance her durability until new units are released.
At later stages, enemy comps will hit so hard that your Dora that starts the battle with 40% HP will be easily killed even with all her innate resistances and DEF boost, especially against backlines that ignore DEF such as Miriam and Nicole.
Single Bosses
Dora has yet to make an impact like Haru since her personal DPS is lower, while also not being able to provide an offensive teamwide buff.
PVP
Dora is also rarely seen since most people wouldn’t want to take the chance of starting the match with a unit at 40% HP, making her very vulnerable to RNG factors like crit or focus firing.
