Ball of Blood and Snake
Type: Damage - AOE
Goes into a frenzy, dealing damage equal to 240% ATK to all enemies and opens their wounds which cannot be cured. Enemies with open wounds continuously receive 55% damage ever 2 seconds for 12 seconds. Targets that are already bleeding will receive 140% additional damage.
Damage changes to 260%, additional damage changes to 160%, and bleed damage changes to 60%.
Damage changes to 280%, additional damage changes to 180%, bleeding damage changes to 65%. Adds an effect which stuns bleeding targets for 3 seconds.
Wild Dance
Type: Damage - AOE
Slashes at the nearest enemy and then moves forward in a range of 5m length and at a 180 degree angle. This deals damage equal to 200% of ATK. Deals 120% additional damage to bleeding targets.
Damage changes to 210%, additional damage changes to 130%.
Damage changes to 220%, additional damage changes to 140%. Adds an effect which stuns the target for 2 seconds if the target is bleeding.
Soaring Hatred
Type: Curse
Summons a sword that pierces the ground, dealing damage equal to 110% of ATK in a 2.5m radius and makes the target bleed, dealing DoT equal to 50% of ATK every 2 seconds for a total of 12 seconds.
Damage changes to 120%, bleeding damage changes to 55%.
Damage changes to 130%, bleeding Damage changes to 60%, and bleeding duration changes to 14 seconds.
Swirling Frenzy
Type: Damage - AOE
Summons a sword which deals damage equal to 140% of ATK in a 2.5m radius. Deals 100% additional damage to bleeding targets.
Damage changes to 150%, additional damage changes to 110%. Adds an effect which increases her Physical Resistance by 30% and Magic Resistance by 30% for 14 seconds.

Velanna is an undead Warrior that is specialized in bleed damage and sustain. She is able to inflict bleed with both her main skill and her ultimate, but benefits from hitting a target that is already bleeding, since it will buff up her skills significantly. She is also guaranteed to crit when hitting a bleeding target, with the tradeoff of having no natural crit rate. Because of her reliance on the bleed status, teambuilding and timing will make or break your Velanna experience: hitting an already bleeding target will also stun the opponent hit by her main and ultimate skill. This is crucial to her survival as she has no defense steroids besides her sub skill buffing her resistances. She plays well with units like Jacqueline, that can target and inflict bleed on the backline while Velanna inflicts bleed on the frontliine before unleashing her ultimate - and Ayame, that can provide more bleeding and benefits herself from hitting bleeding characters. If you can properly time the bleeds, there's no denying that Velanna can decimate the enemy team and keep it stunned enough to finish the job, just make sure that you can keep her alive enough to lifesteal back the damage she receives. Considering her survival issues, she's a soul that shines with investment - both on Origin stars as well as on her artifact - so your mileage with her may vary depending on that. Velanna can see some usage in bosses between her sustain and ability to inflict stuns consistently in the right team comp, while she's average in PvP as she is unable to make the most out of her kit due to the lack of ultimates.
