Review
Ksenia is a buffer who can also provide healing to her allies. She's the core member of the Burn team. Thanks to the Overburn debuff she provides she's a great partner for Sharkry.
Compared to Colphne, she exchanges her healing output and potential, for the ability to provide buffs and do damage. So she's a more offensive-aligned Healer which is good and bad. If you know what you're doing, the safety layer isn't needed and the offensive abilities help you more in clearing a stage faster, but if you're struggling, Ksenia alone might not be enough to keep your team alive.
Can heal both HP and Stability,
Provides decent buffs that are pretty universal and work with many characters,
Her debuff is perfect for Burn characters, making her a core member of the Burn team.
Her healing output is worse than other Healers as she focuses more on the offensive aspects,
And it's not only numbers for healing that are worse - she also lacks AoE healing, so if your whole team gets into trouble, Ksenia will struggle to keep everyone alive.
For Global tier list, both SR and SSR characters are rated at V0 (no dupes). For CN tier list, SSR characters are rated at V0 (no dupes) and SR characters are rated at V6 (max dupes).
