Sharkry is a SR character from the Sentinel class who wields a weapon from the Assault Rifle category (Robinson Modular Rifle). Her skills on top of Physical element, can also deal
Burn
Burn damage. She was originally released on December 21st, 2023 in China and on December 3rd, 2024 in Global.

A cute figure that exudes a "little devil" vibe. With a clear understanding of her own strengths, she is currently active as a resident idol and a popular waitress. However, her busy life did not make her forget her goal - to defeat her lifelong enemy.

Overburn: Upon gaining this effect, at the end of turn, this unit and allies within 1 tile receive fixed damage equal to 10% of the attack of the unit that applied this effect. Considered a Burn debuff.

Fortification Segment 1 (V1): Increases the duration of Overburn by 1 turn.

Zoom In: Increases damage by 20%, increase Stability damage by 2 points. Maximum of 2 stacks. Triggers 1 time. This buff cannot be cleansed.

Flammable: When taking Burn damage, increases Stability damage taken by 2 points, and the attacker recovers 2 points of Stability Index. Each time Burn damage is taken, 1 stack is consumed. Maximum of 2 stacks. This is considered a Burn debuff.

Fortification Segment 3 (V3): If a kill is scored, gains 1 additional stack of Zoom In.

02-03 - Thermal Feedback: When an enemy target within range is affected by Overburn, perform 1 instance of Wise Support, dealing physical damage equal to 80% of attack and 2 points of stability damage to them. This can be triggered up to 3 times per turn.

04-01 - Deadly Allure: At the start of this unit's action, if there is an enemy unit with Overburn on the field, gains Blazing Assault II for 1 turn.

04-03 - Idol Training Day: When using the active skill Perfect Rising Tone, if the target has Overburn, gains Blazing Assault II before the attack for 2 turns.

06-01 - Target is Your Heart: When using the active skill Boiling Soundwaves, if a kill is scored, gain 1 stack of Zoom In.

06-03 - Palm-Blown Kiss: After attacking a target with Overburn, restores 20% of max HP.


Common Key Opening Fireworks: If the unit has more than 1 buff, increases damage dealt by 7%.

Intro
Character Summary

Sharkry is a single-target damage dealer designed around the Wise Support mechanic. Sharkry boasts a very potent kit, allowing her to punch well above her weight class as an SR character. Sharkry is most notable for the damage potential on her Wise Support (Fixed Key), triggered on Overburn application, which can proc up to 3 times per turn for a total damage multiplier of 240%.

Beyond Sharkry’s single-target damage potential, she also comes with significant stability shred through her skills, which can greatly aid in the process of grinding through enemy stability.

Fixed Keys

Fixed Keys core to Sharkry’s function are:

  • 02-01 - Devilish Whisper: The additional 3 starting Confectance Index greatly improves Sharkry’s tempo by supplementing her somewhat conditional Confectance Index gain.

  • 02-03 - Thermal Feedback: Sharkry’s Wise Support passive comes from this fixed key.

Sharkry doesn't have a Mod Key yet.

Character Function

Sharkry functions as the core damage dealer in specialized comps built around enabling her Wise Support. Specifically, this involves applying a ton of Overburn to repeatedly trigger her support attacks. Naturally, as a single-target damage dealer, she is good against bosses.

While it goes without saying that Sharkry needs a dedicated team of enablers to function, her Wise Support conditions greatly restrict the range of teams she can be effectively fielded in.

Character Synergies

Sharkry is most commonly played in a team of Sharkry-Ksenia(V1)-Krolik, as they are the most consistent Overburn applicators in the game.

  • Ksenia (V1) upgrades her S1, Favorable Cycle, to apply Overburn.

  • Krolik applies Overburn passively to the 2 nearest enemy targets within a 5-tile radius at the end of her turn.

While review analyses do not generally extend beyond V0/ V1 for SSRs, it is worth noting that Sharkry’s BIG synergy is Sharkry-Qiongjiu(V3). At V3, Qiongjiu’s Action Support applies Overburn, which can be used to trigger Sharkry’s Wise Support (up to 3 times per turn). This potent synergy significantly increases teamwide damage for Sharkry-Qiongjiu by letting Qiongjiu act as the sole enabler for Sharkry, freeing up team slots that would otherwise have been reserved for Overburn applicators (i.e. Ksenia + Krolik).

Vertebrae Breakpoints

It is worth noting Sharkry’s significant dupe powerspikes at:

  • V1~6: All of Sharkry’s dupes contribute appreciable marginal increases in performance. None are dramatic enough to warrant explicit commentary. Conversely, none are so important that they fundamentally alter how Sharkry functions as a character. This is largely to Sharkry’s benefit.

Cons

  • Restrictive team-building constraints (Overburn) can be difficult to work around as there are limited opportunities to swap her teammates out for (non-existent) alternatives.

  • Her Action Support deals Physical Damage so it loses out on some synergy in the Burn team.
