Review

A damage-dealing ID that benefits from having rupture stacks on enemies. For a 00 rarity ID, he has a very high clashing power of 16/19/20 when his conditions are fulfilled while also reducing the enemy offense level. With 4 - 7 speed, he can, in a way, make clashing of the whole team easier. However, this comes at the cost of having a negative rupture count mainly on his skill 3 while having net neutral on s2.

Because he relies heavily on enemies having rupture, it will take some time to ramp up those rupture count and potency which because of how rupture works in a focused encounter can be done easily but in a normal human encounter, it is VERY hard to do so making his rolls go down to 11/14/12 at worst. Overall he is an okay ID but will require some conditions to work.
