[Dieci Assoc. South Section 4] Hong Lu

Dieci Hong Lu is a Sinking Damage Dealing ID that works in an incredibly different way compared to all of the other IDs in the game. His Skill 1 scales off of the amount of insight he has and his game plan is to keep and maintain high insight at all times whenever possible. This can be done with a technique called "Insight Locking" where you use his defense skill on his slots so you won't discard anything, making his insight stay at 3 at all times to maximize his damage Other than that, whenever he comes online, this Identity has some pretty good clashes, S2 and S3 roll up to 22 and 23. His damage is only pretty decent, although because he doesn't want to discard, he gets none of the benefits from discarding and when you're locking his insight, you can't use his defensive skill and you're stuck with the skill that will appear on the dashboard, so if he gets an S1 into hopeless or struggling clash with no option to redirect said clash, you must either sacrifice all of your insight or take damage. Finally, due to him not wanting to discard his skills, his passive is functionally useless as he doesn't get the Damage Up from his passive, and every single Discard ID in the game does not want to discard their S2 or S3.
