Kurokumo Ryoshu has good bleed application with decent debuffs on top of them, but the problem is that bleed is not in the greatest spot on top of lacking great potency application. Her Uptie 4 is very weird. Instead of making her apply more bleed or focus more on status side, it makes her do more damage based on enemy bleed for some reason?

Outside of bleed teams all she does is debuff as her damage and clashing power isn’t the best.
