Liu Meursault is arguably the weakest Liu ID in the game. While his burn potency application is great, on top of having a bit of count, his clash values leave a lot to be desired. His passives are also not that great. While Liu Meursault is rather weak, he has 2 E.G.O. that can make up for his weaknesses.

Notable E.G.O. Synergies:

Regret - Boost his clash and damage a bit

Capote - Additional help with burn application on top of providing a decent amount of self buffs.
