All Character information about Skills, Passives, Dupes etc. has been translated from Chinese to English by us. We will update them with Official Translation as soon as it's available.
All Skill Values are shown at Level 10 for Characters as the majority of the players will be using their characters with said levels. Said values do not include additional bonuses from outside sources such as Mental Images. Also, characters do not have 1 More, Basic Attack and Gun skills listed as the latter two are barely used, and 1 More is a generic follow-up primarily used to down enemies weak to certain elements.

Chord is a Strategist that supports the team by increasing HIGHLIGHT and HIGHLIGHT Energy generation.
If the DPS’s HIGHLIGHT can generate some stack for their gameplan, Chord enabling your DPS to use their HIGHLIGHT more frequently essentially means you are speeding up the process. In general the stronger your DPS’s HIGHLIGHT is, the better Chord gets.
Outside of supporting your team with more HIGHLIGHT, she can also buff Attack and Damage, she can also provide some sustain thanks to her Talent and by using healing items on her off turns.
Chord is very easy to build and as a support she can run many card sets.
That said, with an expanding roster of Strategist and Saboteur characters and a meta shift decreasing DPS’s reliance on their HIGHLIGHT, her role as a HIGHLIGHT generator is becoming less essential, making more dedicated support characters more favored.
Overall, Chord is a very flexible support that is easy to use and can be used in most teams.
Joker: Joker can gain stacks needed to enter his Extra Action from his HIGHLIGHT and Chord can provide that.
Violet (CN only): As most of Violet’s damage is from her HIGHLIGHT, Chord giving Violet another HIGHLIGHT means she is essentially doubling Violet’s damage.
Awareness 1: This gives her Skill 2 buff target 15% Crit Rate and automatically uses her Skill 2 at the start of battle. giving you more options in fights or when building your DPS.
Awareness 4: Using Chord’s HIGHLIGHT will now decrease all other allies’ HIGHLIGHT cooldown, completely changing your team’s HIGHLIGHT rotation.
Awareness 6: This allows you to use Chord’s Skill 3 on turn 1 and permanently decreases its cooldown, great in both short and long content.
Weapon: While the stats buffing on this weapon isn’t impressive, any way to get more HIGHLIGHT and HIGHLIGHT Energy are both very strong and rare. This is also one of the handful weapons that gets substantially better at higher Reform as at Reform 5 you can now use a HIGHLIGHT on the very first action.
Has an unique Skill that allows a character to use their HIGHLIGHT.
Easy to build and use, can use many card sets.
Can provide sustain.
Does very little in teams that don’t care about frequent HIGHLIGHT.
Mediocre stat buffs.
Runs out of steam in longer battles as Skill 3 will increase in cooldown after each use.

HP Recovery
HP
HP
Attack % > HP %
Most of the time Chord should act third / right before the DPS so make sure she has some Speed. (Around 106 ~ 105) HP Recovery main stats was used as that can affect her Talent 2 and item healing. HP main stats were used as it's easy to cap her skills, use Attack main stats if you are not capping. (Need 5083+ Attack in battle)
