All Character information about Skills, Passives, Dupes etc. has been translated from Chinese to English by us. We will update them with Official Translation as soon as it's available.
All Skill Values are shown at Level 10 for Characters as the majority of the players will be using their characters with said levels. Said values do not include additional bonuses from outside sources such as Mental Images. Also, characters do not have 1 More, Basic Attack and Gun skills listed as the latter two are barely used, and 1 More is a generic follow-up primarily used to down enemies weak to certain elements.

Bossing (CN)
Seaside Moko is a Psychokinesis Medic who performs various tasks.
For starters, Seaside Moko can provide many stat buffs and debuffs. She is the only good source of Ailment Accuracy buffing, although that stat is not commonly used by most characters. Besides that, she can also provide general effects like Attack Up, Max HP Up, foes' Damage Taken Up, and foes' Damage Down.
Second, she can deal damage very frequently as she can Follow Up every turn. Her main healing comes from her Follow Up means you can also control when you are healed, great after Tropical Closer loses HP from her skills or Leon's HP management.
However, because she has too many things and is trying to fill too many roles, she ends up having an identity crisis, with her numbers being lower than average across the board.
For sustain, Marian is more reliable as Marian just heals for more and has access to party Max HP buffs and debuff cleanse. Seaside Moko also has to build Attack instead of HP, making herself more vulnerable. For damage, Seaside Moko’s damage is very lackluster, as you are rarely buffing her and instead using her to buff someone else. For support, Seaside Moko does currently buff the most out of all sustain roles (Medic/Guardian), but she cannot compete with A0 Yukari (a future Medic) and it is a toss-up with A1 Marian.
Overall, Seaside Moko is the definition of a flexible healer. But just like any healer, if you can get away with not running her, you would.
Tropical Closer - Seaside Moko can provide many buffs Tropical Closer wants. She can also heal Tropical Closer after she spends HP from her skills, making sure Tropical Closer won’t be at risk.
Noir (CN only) - As Noir gains more stats from having higher Ailment Accuracy, Seaside Moko, being the strongest Ailment Accuracy buffer, can greatly increase Noir’s stats. Both of them, being Psychokinesis characters, can also help with Attribute Harmony and Highlight Energy gain.
Awareness 1: The healing from her Skill 2 is now AoE, making her a better healer. She can also now inflict foes with a Defense Down debuff.
Weapon: This weapon is mainly used for increasing her healing and damage output. It can also inflict foes with Damage Taken and Defense Down debuff, but once again, the numbers are not impressive. Nice weapon to have, if you want to give her more utility, but it is far from necessary.
Has access to rare Ailment Accuracy buffing.
Can provide many buffs as a healer role.
Low overall numbers as she spreads herself too thin.
Weaker sustain capability without her A1.
No access to debuff cleanse.

Teams
Tropical Closer can get additional Skill 3 usage and more max HP with Seaside Moko on the team. As Tropical Closer’s HIGHLIGHT will heal herself, Chord giving Tropical Closer more HIGHLIGHT means she can also work towards gaining Tropical Heart. Because Wonder is mostly using buffs, Wind can provide Defense Down, which the team lacks; she can also provide healing from her Skill 3.
