Introduction
Arcana Cards are another type of equipment in this game that serves the function of Armor and Accessories in a traditional RPG game, unlike Persona 5, where only one Armor and Accessory slot was available.
Equipping Arcana Cards to your Character will provide them with a variety of stat increases, such as HP, Attack, Speed, etc. These will provide your Characters with the main bulk of their stat increases.
There are 5 types of Cards:
- Revelation Cards
- Sun
- Moon
- Star
- Planet
- Universe Cards
Where to Obtain
Revelation Cards
- Revelation Cards unlock once you reach Leader/Player Lvl 35.
- It is not advised to start farming for them until you reach Leader/Player Lvl 60, when you can guarantee Gold Revelation Cards (highest rarity) in your runs.
- LVL50 can provide Gold Cards but has low rates, so it is not worth farming.
- Revelation Cards can be obtained mainly from Special Domains. Completing them awards random Cards from 2 Sets assigned to said Domain. Other sources are various in-game shops and event shops.
Universe Cards
Universe Cards can only be obtained from:
- Battle Pass
- Guild Raid
- Event shops
Rarity
Cards are divided into 4 Rarities - 5-Star, 4-Star, 3-Star and 2-Star.
Number of sub-stat slots, base sub-stat slots and maximum level a card can achieve is dependent on its Rarity.
5-Star Cards
- Maximum Sub-stats Slots - 4
- Base Sub-stats Slots - 3 (60%) / 4 (40%)
- Maximum Level - 25
4-Star Cards
- Maximum Sub-stats Slots - 4
- Base Sub-stats Slots - 3 (80%) / 4 (20%)
- Maximum Level - 20
3-Star Cards
- Maximum Sub-stats Slots - 3
- Base Sub-stats Slots - 3
- Maximum Level - 15
2-Star Cards
- Maximum Sub-stats Slots - 2
- Base Sub-stats Slots - 2
- Maximum Level - 10
Set Effects
Revelation Cards come in Sets, and equipping Revelation Cards from the same Set will provide additional bonuses for the Character. Though it’s important to note that Revelation Cards and Universe Cards work differently:
- Revelation Cards - Sets give a 2 and 4-piece bonus, and they only appear on Sun, Moon, Star, and Planet Cards.
- Universe Cards - Universe Cards have up to 3 different effects, corresponding to 3 specific Revelation Card Sets, and depending on which 4 pieces of Revelation Cards are equipped, 1 of those effects will activate.
Example: Strength Revelation Set looks like this:

The 3 corresponding Universe Cards have the following special effect that will activate when paired with a 4-Piece Strength Set:
- Harmony Effect: Increase Damage Bonus by 10% for all allies with the same element, can't be triggered again.
- Trust Effect: When the battle starts, increase the Attack of other party members by 10% and cannot be triggered repeatedly.
- Growth Effect: Increase the cap of the Attack buff to total 5 stacks.
Due to this interaction between Revelation Cards and Universe Cards, it is strongly recommended to not mix and match Sets and mostly focus on 4-Piece Sets and their corresponding related Universe Cards.
Stats
Information about Card stats
Each Card possesses 1 Main Stat and can have up to 4 sub-stats. Main Stats differ on the basis of the Card as follows:

- Defense % - 7.1~47.1%
- HP % - 4.7~31.5%

- Effect Hit Rate % - 5.7~37.6%
- SP Regen % - 13.6~90.4%
- Healing Effect % - 3.4~22.6%
Universe Cards can only roll Flat Attack and Flat Defense as Main Stat between 54~359
Revelation Cards have one Main Stat, determined by their type:
- Sun Cards and Universe Cards always have the same Main Stat.
- The other 3 slots roll a random Main Stat when you obtain them.
- Each Card can have up to 4 sub-stats, where the initial and maximum number of them is determined by the Card’s rarity.
- If the Card has fewer than 4 sub-stats, it gains a new random sub-stat upon reaching level 5.
- If the Card already has 4 sub-stats, a random sub-stat is increased by a random amount upon reaching level 5.
- A Card can’t have two of the same sub-stats, and its sub-stats cannot be the same as the main stats.
- All cards share the same sub-stat pool, but Revelation Cards and Universe Cards have their own sub-stat value pool.
Sub-Stats
Arcana Card sub-stats are randomly generated and cannot be the same as the Card’s Main Stat. The list of possible sub-stats is:
- Flat Attack
- Attack %
- Flat Defense
- Defense %
- Flat HP
- HP %
- Damage Bonus %
- Effect Hit Rate %
- Critical Rate %
- Critical Damage %
- Speed
- SP Regen %
- Penetration %
Leveling up Arcana Cards increases their Main Stat bonus, provides new sub-stats, and increases the sub-stat bonus. Sub-stats are generated when Cards are obtained and can’t be changed, generally bar one exception.
The 4th Sub-stat can be changed by consuming an item called Blank Fates. Even if the card, upon obtaining, has 3 sub-stats, the 4th one is hidden and can be changed. However, it is recommended to use Blank Fates on Cards that already have 4 sub-stats upon obtaining.
Stats are upgraded every 5 levels, and 1 random sub-stat is chosen amongst the 4.
While Revelation Cards and Universe Cards share the same pool of sub-stats, they have separate sub-stat value pools. However since they have can’t have the same Main Stat and sub-stat at the same time this means Sun Cards will never have Flat HP as Main Stat and Universe Cards will never have both Flat Defense and Attack as sub-stats (However you will able to get corresponding % increase sub-stats as those are treated as separate stats).
The list below shows the possible starting sub-stat values and those you can get per one enhancement for Revelation Cards and Universe Cards. Each time an enhancement is made, the game will pick one of the 5 numbers for the sub-stat, and increase it by the picked number, meaning it is possible to min roll or max roll on gaining sub-stats, for example, minimum crit rate can be 7.8% and maximum 12%.

However, please keep in mind that chasing “Dream” Cards is not advised, as getting desired sub-stats and receiving max roll on wanted sub-stats is very unlikely. On top of that, many characters have buffs, debuffs, or kit gimmicks that can cover up a lack of certain stats.
