Review

A Support completely focused on dealing with enemies who inflict Mental DMG. Both her passive and her buff skill “Inhibition Ring” increase resistance against Mental attacks only, making her a niche character from the get-go.

Both her Ultimate and her attack skill “Magnetic Current” don't have a high damage multiplier. They do have some utility, with the first being able to apply [Daze] on the main target, and the latter being able to dispel positive effects from a single-target. This skill, however, can only dispel starting on level 2 or above.

All in all, Mesmer Jr. is a very niche character, and there are several other options who can do the same and more, but she can still provide some utility if you like her.
