Haruka is a guard who comes packed with utility. She can cheat death, recover Cost, build a robot to act as a secondary Tank, has self-sustain and passive Draw. She synergizes best with [Explosion] teams. Despite that heavy toolkit, her performance in practice is lackluster, mainly due to her rarity.
