Overview
Calculation Recording is one of the endgame combat game modes that you can unlock once you unlock the CDCA Bureau. This feature features a variety of boss stages that will increase the phase and will bolster new mechanics whenever defeated once. However, it is gated by conductor level, so you can only do a couple of stages before getting locked temporarily at your level.
Note: You can only move a phase if you cleared the stage at S Rank. So make sure none of your characters die in the process. Additionally, for Phase V clears, there are extra rewards once you clear it under 4 minutes.

After that, triggers an explosion in the front, inflicting [Slash] and [Flare] on affected enemies.
Deep Algorithm (LVL 45)
Deep Algorithm is a Biweekly Game mode that is unlocked at LVL 45 Conductor. This mode features Boss Stages that have Two Bosses in it, thus requiring you to create Two Teams to deal with each one of the bosses respectively. Since it is part of Calculation Recording, expect the difficulty of bosses to scale on each level, meaning to say that there will be an additional mechanic, stat increase etc. as you progress further.
