This guide will cover progression in the Reforming Center in this regard a General Guideline, Reputation and Prisoners, as well as the Progression and Revenue will be explained first before proceeding. This will be divided per Reforming Center level breakpoints as unlocks will vary and production will be changed in these breakpoints to efficiently gain BCRL Coins, Experience, and Reforming Vouchers in Night Chains Order Station.

Reforming Center Progression
General Upgrade Guideline
Unlock all facilities first as well as expansion of Sewing Workshops and Dormitories (You can do this slowly as Power Requirement tends to get higher the more you upgrade, try to balance it out otherwise you will not have enough power to produce raw materials or use your Sewing Workshops). HIGH Priority represents upgrading it as soon as you can, while MEDIUM and LOW can be kept at LVL 1 in order to stabilize your Power usage, and then only upgrade them at Max Reforming Center LVL (60) priority wise. Reputation and Prisoners Overview
Reputation in Base Yunxiu Bridge will be a factor to efficiently purchase materials for sewing, by reaching LVL 20 Reputation will yield a 200% increase of Stocks of Goods in the Trading Center.

Question: How do I quickly increase my reputation in Base Yunxiu Bridge? Answer: It would be an easy reputation increase if Investing in Fortress City is possible however, the City does not exist yet therefore, we will use alternatives and it is as simple as using clarity with daily combat (Operation Blade, Special Supply, Crime Hunt) while in Base Yunxiu Bridge


Event Stages also give you reputation as long as you are at Base Yunxiu Bridge.


You can also consider Mirage Island Patrol SP-04 which gives 40 Reputation per Run, additionally you can Arrest Fluffy Union Prisoners, these prisoners are all Elites therefore you won’t need to waste Arrest Warrants on Minion Tier Prisoners.


Similarly you can just check out your friends Island to check if there are Fluffy Union, you can do 5 fights daily to arrest them without using Clarity.




There are also bosses you can arrest. They have incredible production rate bonuses, however capturing them is rather inconvenient so it is not recommended to arrest them until you fully set up your Reforming Center. Regardless if you still want to arrest them, here's where you can find them.

You might also want to consider just Arrest Prisoners in Base Yunxiu Bridge Battle Plans to progress the station’s construction plan and obtain the Nylon Umbrella Sewing Method (OPTIONAL).

Prisoner roles vary, each have their own Leader Effect that can be activated when set as a Leader per Sewing Workshop. This Leader Effect doesn’t affect production in Material Workshop.

Progression and Revenue Overview
As mentioned in the initial guide please bring at least 50m to 100m BCRL Coins as your initial funds to start up your Reforming Center. The cost is steep from upgrading facilities and purchasing recipes within the center.
Delete unneeded Purchase Order to reroll your order list, after deleting you will have to wait for 15 minutes or use Negotiation Appl. to instantly refresh the list. You can refer to what purchase orders you need to do in each level breakpoints, or you can just YOLO it. Try to use Purchase Station as much as you can as you will use it for getting Experience as well as higher Tier materials.
The revenue you generate won’t be noticeable as you will reinvest them immediately so consider investing in your Passenger Transportation first so you have a good daily revenue source (Total Cost of 150m~ at Max Investment for 4m Daily Revenue). There is also Eternal Scuffle and Rumbling Monopolis as side content to earn BCRL coins.
Once you achieve LVL 60 you can slowly build up your revenue numbers by simply selling products made by you and your prisoners.

Your daily revenue will be dependent on what you produce and how frequently you sell. There are days that are simply bad to sell or you don’t have stocks on that day because you offloaded everything in one day.

LVL 1-17
The beginning of your Reforming Center will be confusing at first but beforehand you could prepare for procuring products from cities or satellite stations to be sold at Night Chains Ordering Station for your initial Reforming Voucher and Experience. This is completely optional.

Night Chains Order Station is dependent on your Reforming Station level and will ask for certain products to deliver, this can vary between textile and orders ranges from 60 to 180 pcs most of this will require crafting and some can be directly bought from Trading Centers. Just delete non-priority orders and wait for 5 mins in order for them to refresh. Please unlock all the mentioned recipes as needed, also refer to the remarks as you can skip some of them.

LVL 18-25
At this point you will be able to unlock new important recipes and orders, some of them were already available since level 16. Yes, it's the early Wool Products and Nylon Products. They are very easy to make and production will focus on these products.

Notes:
- Wool and Sewing Kits will have more usage at this level breakpoint, therefore these are recommended for raw material production.
- Sheep can be bought in Base Yunxiu Bridge Trading Center, consider using them to procure Wool in Purchase Station or craft Wool manually for low fatigue use.
- Cotton is still important to be traded in Purchase Station, and sell or deliver them as needed.
- Corduroys can also be kept for producing Corduroy Leisure Pants.
- Nylon Products will be the one using Sewing Kits early on, once you unlock Tweed and Corduroy Leisure Pants production then prioritize those.
- You can still continue producing products made with Embroidery Thread from the previous level breakpoint just to help rolling the Night Chains Order Station faster.
- As we are using cottons for procurement of higher tier products this leaves out the production of Flannel Cushion as it uses Cotton for Crafting.
- Similarly in this level Luxury Women’s Fashion is to be skipped as we will prioritize Nylon in the Material Workshop.
LVL 26-36
In this breakpoint, many options will be available for you to deliver, this will be personal preference now. Try to divide the material usage accordingly as at this point of levelling Sewing Kits are heavily used and you might consider using purchase appl. to avail more Sewing Kits.

- Tweed related products are now optional, as we’ll want to use Wool for Flannel Pajamas or Suit Fabric.
- Previous Nylon products are now optional, as Down Jacket will be prioritized. With this in mind use the saved Down if you did and keep procuring them in Purchase Station. You can also craft them manually as needed.
- Silk procurement in Purchase Station and Material Workshop will be available.
- Lace products are great for selling inside or outside the center. Consider selling outside if you need more BCRL Coins or Keep Selling in Night Chains Order Station for gradual EXP increase.
LVL 37-59
Introduces Silk production and products related to it, they are high value goods and will be the best one to sell or deliver. As you unlock more recipes you can combine them with existing production. Still the same process of dividing the production between Sewing Kits and Embroidery Threads.

Notes:
- As you level production will slowly change, you can continue producing products from the previous breakpoint till you unlock more recipes.
- Combination of Suit + Silk Pajamas/Silk Down Pillow/Brocade will be your go to in order to balance the usage of materials.
- Continue Procuring products in Purchase Station, you can sell Cotton Related Products directly in the Trading Center as they are only used for rolling more Silk.
- As Nylon gets obsolete, Material Workshop will be producing Space Cotton instead. Space Cotton will be sold directly in Ranshin City every 48 hrs for BCRL Coins.
- Ignore Recipes like Space Suit, Velvet Related Products, Advanced Women’s Fashion, as well as Woven Brocade and Platinum Brocade Garment. Golden Silk can be purchased late for LVL 60 use. In this way there will be a surplus of Reforming Vouchers for consistent upgrades.
LVL 60 - Endgame
Finale of the Reforming Center, it is now possible to produce all Sewing Machine goods. With that in mind, unlock Ranshin Brocade Garment and Golden Silk recipe. You might also want to stockpile some Gold Sand if you are gonna start producing Ranshin Brocade Garment. This is the most cost and time efficient product you can make.

Before further proceeding lets do a short checklist:
- Dormitory (MAX)
- Power Center (MAX and 12+ Generators mounted)
- 3000 Space each for Material and Product Warehouse
- All Sewing Workshops are unlocked (Consider levelling them now if you haven’t)
Setup your Material Workshop to:

Production will be the same, by dividing products for Sewing Kit and Embroidery Thread. Here is some sample combinations for 8-12hr Production, you can scale them accordingly for a full 24hr rotation:

Notes:
- There are more combinations you can do depending on the materials you have procured. In any case that there are missing materials simply use your fatigue to fill the gap.
- Start Upgrading all the facilities slowly or instantly while referring to the upgrade priority. If you lack Reforming Vouchers, procured products like Lace, or other products can be used to be delivered in Night Chains Order Station.
- Use Purchase Appl. to refresh the stocks in Base Yunxiu Bridge to procure more Sewing Kit and Embroidery Threads.
- If you are doing Ranshin Brocade Production Line, it is recommended to stockpile Gold Sand by using Purchase Appl. and stock them in your warehouse in Reforming Center, additionally we recommend to just directly craft Golden Silk at the cost of fatigue to save Gold Sand and to lessen the visits to ONEderland. To save more Silk, you can also directly craft them at the cost of fatigue.
- Keep rerolling Night Chains Order Station Deliveries by deleting them to look for desired orders and reroll Purchase Station Orders to keep procuring better raw materials which you can sell or for crafting,
- Utilize Transit Center and Upgrade Warehouses to save time going roundtrips as high value goods have a 10 minute window.
- Silk and Wool Products are recommended to be sold to Cape City or Anita Launch Center hence it is recommended to upgrade the warehouses there. In the future when Confluence Tower is available consider upgrading warehouses there as it is the farthest area for selling these kinds of products. Lace Products, Space Suit and Space Cotton are recommended to be sold in Ranshin City.
- Continue doing Weekly Orders for Reforming Vouchers and Support Tickets. Don’t forget to also buy the weekly Support Tickets in the Exchange Shop as they will help for seamless production. They are ideal to use to accelerate raw Silk production, but you can choose to use them to speed up Sewing Workshop’s production.

If you are at this point, you will not worry about earning BCRL Coins, using too much fatigue and Purchase Appl., you basically graduated from doing Gold Wires and Roundtrip Trading (You can still do them if you wished to). With the BCRL Coins you earned if you skipped Passengers, do it now for a daily 4m BCRL Coins revenue, also use the coins for upgrading your characters, maybe you can also upgrade and decor your Island, or maybe just save them for future contents like Train Research.
