Game Modes
For a brand new game, Silver and Blood has a lot of modes available from the get-go. In this guide we will go over all of them and explain how they work!
Threads of Fate

Threads of Fate is the story mode in Silver and Blood. It's split into Normal and Hard and then both are further split into Chapters. Each Chapter has its own storyline that is actually quiet interesting - and don't worry, if you clear a stage, you can always go back to check the story later.
The more story stages you clear, the higher your Moonlight Faith level will get (1 level for every 5 stages cleared) - this will affect the passive Soli, Pure Blood and Divine Blood rewards you will get when you're idling. The rewards stack up to 12h, so make sure to gather them twice a day!
Stamina and Blood Power
Silver and Blood doesn't use a stamina system, so you can challenge the story stages as much as you want, and what will hold you back from progressing is the Blood Power of your team. As every enemy stage has its own Blood Power rating and the game will penalize you (by reducing stats) if your team's Blood Power is lower than enemy's Blood Power. Normally, you can progress without big issues up to 15% difference (what we call BP deficit), but after that the stat penalty becomes too harsh.
Lost Courtyard

Lost Courtyard is a separate screen that contains all permanent game modes that you will interact with every day. You can access it via the main lobby screen.
Here's a list of modes you can find there:
- Infinite Abyss - this is the tower mode of this game. You have the usual tower where you can use all your characters and then Faction towers for each of the 4 main factions (the Faction Towers aren't available from the start and you need to unlock them via progressing through Threads of Fate).
- Among other rewards, the mode rewards you with both Perfect Shards and also faction-specific Shards that reward you with a random SSR character once you gather 50 of them,
- Blood Arena - this is the PVP mode in Silver and Blood. It's split into Gauntlet (1vs1) and Crucible (3vs3).
- Both modes reward you with Mark of Bravery that you can use in the Blood Shop to obtain Pavana and Crystal Balls (used to upgrade skills).
- Dutchman's Revenge - this a puzzle-like mode where you can obtain Artifacts and materials to upgrade them.
- Timeworm Mausoleum - this a tower-defense mode where you have to fight agains waves of enemies and prevent them from escaping. It's the main source of materials used to upgrade skills.
- Tomb of the Fallen - this a boss-killing mode that is the source of gear in Silver and Blood. Harder bosses unlock as you progress through the story, with the final 'rank' of bosses being tied to clearing 15-8.
Clan Hunt

Clan Hunt is a cyclical mode/event targeted toward Clans where their members have to cooperate to take down various bosses/stages - the more damage done to them, the higher their rank at the end of the event.
There's 5 encounters and each has specific mechanics tied to them that will help players with improving their score (for example: boosting the damage of DoT effects or requiring an enemy to be CC-ed to deal more damage to him).

Prophecy Unbound

Prophecy is another boss-killing mode, but this time it's tied to individual performance, not Clan-based. Every day you will get 2/3 tries to attack the boss and you can use multiple teams per attempt (up to 3), but if you use a character in team 1, you can't use them in team 2 and 3. So this forces you to build 3 different teams that are able to do the boss mechanics.
The bosses and the mechanics change every time the event returns (roughly twice per month).

Night of the Hunt
Night of the Hunt mode is another cyclical one where every day you're able to tackle a specific stage that has standalone ranking and mechanics tied to it - for example, kill as many enemies in a time limit or kill a boss as fast as you can. The rankings from each day then are summed up into one bigger leaderboard.
