Transcendence is a new system introduced in the anniversary patch in KR/JPN. It increases the level cap from 125 and every 5 levels you will unlock a new passive. Big thanks to alicanli09 who gathered the information, translated it and shared it with us.
Celebrating the start of a new season, [Ceremony] Charlotte joins the party as a powerful support that many players have been looking forward to.
Her Skill 1 grants a [SP+1] buff to the ally with the highest ATK in the team.
Her Skill 2 grants the target a [SP+2] buff, while granting them [Debuff Immunity] for 1 turn and giving a 40/100% chance to decrease her own skill cool down by 1 turn, giving this skill a very consistent up time. If you have Charlotte's skill page, she will also grant the target [Status Aliment Immunity] for 2 turn. Coupled with the Debuff Immunity, she is basically turning your designated ally in a juggernaut.
Her Special skill grants the team a 30/52% [Reduced DMG Taken] buff for 2 turns, while also granting the ally with the highest ATK a [DEF PEN] buff for 2 turns, ignoring 30% of the target's DEF. Lastly, she will extend the duration of any existing barrier by 1 turn.
Her combined attack will grant the partnered mage a Barrier for 2 turns based on 100% of Charlotte's max HP. Lastly, her LR passive will grant all allies 80% of Charlotte's max HP as a barrier provided they all belong to the [Sense] attribute.
It's very easy to see how Charlotte is a powerful support that will help your team survive much longer, while also providing a few powerful offensive buffs to your dedicated carry to easily turn the tides of the battle. If you don't have a way to nuke Charlotte or stop her from acting she can quickly build up a TON of barriers, making your pvp experience a nightmare.
Charlotte E2 passive grants a barrier for 2 turns (based on 50% of her max HP) to the ally with the highest ATK. At E5, this also grants Charlotte [Taunt Immunity]. A simple but tremendously useful ability that will add even more shields to your damage dealer, considering how fast Charlotte is. The taunt immunity is also invaluable in PvP, since it will make it more difficult to stop Charlotte.
Her skill page is useful in ensuring Charlotte doesn't get killed, giving her a 15/35% [Reduced DMG Taken buff] for 1 turn when hit by an Attacker, with a 25/100% chance to activate. It also adds 2 turns of [Status Immunity] to the target of her skill 2.
Her page is useful, but until burn teams come in full swing you might want to consider using the Adventurer's Journal skill page, as buffing her max HP will result in stronger barriers.
Much like Halloween Noelle, you can run Charlotte in virtually any team and it will make it stronger, unless it's a mono team requiring all allies to be of a specific element.
Speaking of mono teams, she is obviously a great addition to the Mono Sense team, but you'll have to wait until Mereleona and Hateful Fana are added to the global team to see its full power.
