Transcendence is a new system introduced in the anniversary patch in KR/JPN. It increases the level cap from 125 and every 5 levels you will unlock a new passive. Big thanks to alicanli09 who gathered the information, translated it and shared it with us.
Dancing through the battlefield, Kiato is a strong physical Technique attacker whose kit revolves on buffing and hitting big crits.
His Skill 1 is a single target attack, giving Kiato a 15% [Increased DMG] for the attack as long as he has a buff on.
His skill 2 will hit every enemy, granting Kiato a 10%/15% [Increased CRIT Rate] for the attack for every buff on him. If you have his skill page, the attack will also dispel any 'DoT' on Kiato (like Burns, bleeds, etc) and grant him one stack of [Exciting Dance] - more to this later!
His special skill is a single target attack that will always crit as long as Kiato has 2 or more buffs. He will also grant himself 15% [Increased accuracy] for every buff on himself. When using his combined attack, Kiato will gain a 30% [Increased DMG Dealt] buff when hitting a target under [Continuous Damage].
His LR passive grants Kiato a stack of [Exciting Dance] every time he receives a buff - for every stack, he gets a 5% stackable [Increased Endurance] and [Increased Block]. When the buff reaches 5 stacks, Kiato will grant himself [Idol Debut] for 2 turns. Under [Idol Debut], Kiato gains 30% [Increased Endurance] and [Increased Block] and a significant 50% [Increased Damage Dealt] buff.
Kiato is a great physical nuker against Power enemies, considering he can easily guarantee a crit when using his Special Skill.
Players that do not have Julius will benefit greatly from building Kiato, and even if you do, Kiato remains a very strong boss killer. A solid unit that unfortunately was victim of the global pacing - originally, he was released a whole month before Julius, while unfortunately global players got him after the Wizard King, making it difficult to justify the investment right after a more priority banner.
Kiato E2 grants him 5% [Increased DMG], while at E5 it turns in 8% and also adds [Favored Damage Dealt]+15, making him an even stronger nuker for Power bosses.
Kiato's skill page grants him a self dispel for DoT effects, giving him a free stack of [Exciting Dance] if he cleanses a debuff. This is very useful against bosses, as you are likely to receive debuffs here and there. The passive effect gives a 40/60% chance to obtain a 20/40% [Crit Damage] buff before attacking, sinergizing pretty well with Kiato's guaranteed crits. Other options include Breath of Darkness, Leo's skill page or Breath of Flame
Kiato can easily deal a lot of damage to Power units and was a great counter to Summer Noelle on her prime time. However, Julius can also inflict huge damage with his Special Skill and is also more suited for PvP, meaning Kiato will have to postpone his pvp idol debut to the faraway future.
