Transcendence is a new system introduced in the anniversary patch in KR/JPN. It increases the level cap from 125 and every 5 levels you will unlock a new passive. Big thanks to alicanli09 who gathered the information, translated it and shared it with us.
Coming in with a splash, Summer Noelle has been one of the most anticipated and impactful releases in Black Clover Mobile. Her kit revolves around buffing her allies, providing powerful barriers and increasing their favoured damage by 10%.
She can provide two different barriers: a regular one and a special one to a targeted ally named 'Blessing of Water', that can absorb a fixed amount of damage and provided the chance to counterattack if the barrier is still standing at the end of the enemy attack.
Coupled with the fact she has a very strong aoe basic attack (that gets further enhanced if she has her blessing of water buffs) this makes Noelle a huge threat in both PvE and PvP, as she can shield her teammates while punishing the opponent if they cannot break her barrier.
Being a targeted barrier, it means she can also cast the barrier on an ally - this plays well with teammates that have good aoe debuffs on thier basic attack (like Lotus) or good damage like Red Yami or Rhya.
Summer Noelle E2 passive provides her a barrier at the start of the wave. This can be useful when autoing, since there will be timeframes where you won't have your barrier on herself, but overall does not contribute much to her overall kit. The big increase comes with E5, since she will apply the Blessing of Water barrier on herself at the start of the wave. Because of this, you can apply it on a second character in order to have two potential counters after an aoe attack, allowing for very powerful setups that can be further improved by running her with other shielders like Rades. If you are also looking at extra CP to dispatch, her enhancements also include crit resistence, that provides significant cp boost
Her own skill card is mostly used to support her team mates, giving HP recovery to allies that already have a barrier when casting her skill. Realistically, you'd be better off buffing her barrier instead of adding a conditional healing to it, especially since the passive skill gives a 20% chance to heal 5% of the damage taken. Good cards to use are Blue Fana's, Julius and the universal page 'Blessing of Darkness'.
Summer Noelle can setup great counterattacks if she can act first, meaning she will appreciate having speed pushers like Valtos, Firnal or William. You can - and should - also try to pair her with other units providing barriers: Rades comes to mind due to his huge barriers on his special attacks and his chance to passively taunt the attacker when you unlock his E2/E5 passive. Lastly, Julius helps as 4th slot unit to help with the Summer Noelle mirror - and let's be honest, he just fits in almost any comp at this stage!
