Transcendence is a new system introduced in the anniversary patch in KR/JPN. It increases the level cap from 125 and every 5 levels you will unlock a new passive. Big thanks to alicanli09 who gathered the information, translated it and shared it with us.
Golden Dawn Yuno is a power debuffer that will leave you speechless, quite literally. His kit revolves around inflicting Silence and Total Silence on the enemy team, with a lot of ways to disrupt the flow of the battle.
His skill 1 is a single target attack granting Yuno a 50/60/70% chance of granting him 20% increased mobility if he's hitting a target under silence or total silence.
Skill 2 is an area attack with a 30/40/50% chance of inflicting silence on every enemy for 2 turns, and also inflicts [SP -1] if you also have his skill card. Yuno's bread and butter is his special skill, inflicting [Total Silence] on an enemy for two turns, while also taunting them and inflicting a 20/28/36% [Reduced Mobility] debuff on them.
Total silence is a bit different compared to regular silence, as it makes the target unable to use both their Special Skill as well as their Skill 2. His Combined attack inflicts total silence as well.
If you are running a full Power team, you can trigger Yuno's LR passive that grants him a 20% [Increased Mobility] buff. The effect is VERY powerful, allowing Yuno to outspeed the enemy team in order to open up the fight by silencing a priority target. His mobility buff is so strong he managed to jump ahead of Despair Vetto and Gueltre in the release schedule, he is the real deal.
Players who are interested in playing a mono-power team - especially if you want to summon for Black Asta - will find Yuno an invaluable addition to their pvp lineup. Just keep in mind that, for all the support he brings, he doesn't bring a lot of damage to the table, so you will need the right teammates in order to unlock Yuno's true potential.
Yuno's E2 passive grants him a [+2 SP] buff when hitting a target that is under Silence or Total Silence. His E5 passive also adds a [-2SP] debuff when hitting enemies under [Total Silence], making Yuno extremely annoying to face as he can essentially lock out a unit from doing anything by silencing them and removing their SP.
Yuno's skill page adds a [-1SP] debuff on enemies that are hit by his skill page. While this is already a great reason to run his skill page, the passive effect is even better. Upon attacking an enemy inflicted with [Silence] or [Total Silence], Yuno will have a 10% chance to get a [SP+1] buff. His skill page is similar to S3 fuego, where it scales DRASTICALLY with the investment: at max dupes you will get a 100% chance to gain the buff and it will be bumped up to [SP+3]. Between his skill card and his E2 passive Yuno can literally spam his Special Skill.
Golden Dawn Yuno is a pvp focused unit, currently his best team is with S3 Fuegoleon but given he's Asta's rival, he really likes being in his team as well.
For Fuegoleon, you can run Yuno with Fuegoleon S3, SR Theresa and Finral. You can realistically run in with other Power units, just know that mileage may vary depending on the team and that for all the control he brings he needs a strong carry to help you win the fight.
If you are looking forward running him with Asta, you will obviously want to summon for Black Asta and then Witch Queen, since she enables the dps side of Black Asta. Last slot is a bit more flexible, as you can run Finral, Halloween Charmy or even Noelle depending on how limited your unit roster is.
