Sea Breeze Serenade

1-target attack. Increases the duration of all [Quartet] by 1 round. Causes the target ally and Barcarola to enter [Quartet] for 5 rounds; if they are already in [Quartet], its duration increases by 5 rounds. Eureka +3 for all allies in [Quartet]. Moxie +1 and this round’s [Impromptu Incantation] [Inspiration] +8.

Inspiration:

Increases by 1 point for each Eureka consumed. Randomly distributed among basic incantations at the start of each round (up to 5 per incantation; at the end of each round, unused [Inspiration] is removed). Upon actively casting an incantation with [Inspiration], [Impromptu Incantation] is added at the end of the spell queue; each [Inspiration] enhances [Impromptu Incantation]'s damage.

Impromptu Incantation:

1-target attack. Deals 200% Mental DMG to a random enemy. This attack deals an additional 15%*[Inspiration] Mental DMG. When [Inspiration] is greater than 3/6/12/20, the number of attacks increases by 1/2/3/5. ([Impromptu Incantation]'s damage is calculated based on the average of all allies' stats).

Quartet:

Pos Status. ATK+300. At the start of each round, ATK increases by 5*(distributed [Inspiration]), which is updated at the start of each turn. For each ally in [Quartet], Barcarola’s ATK increases by 15%. After casting an Attack incantation, [Impromptu Incantation]'s [Inspiration] +1 and all allies in [Quartet] consume 1 Eureka. (undispellable)
