Transforms into Ginokio and possesses a select ally. Heals Fleeting Bella for 600.0% ATK and grants All DMG Up (Major) and ATK SPD UP (Major) to the possessed ally for 20 sec. Then grants 2 stacks of Tidewisp Blessing to the ally with the lowest HP Percentage. Possessed ally's ATK increases by 25.0% of Fleeting Bella's Base ATK. When the possessed ally deals DMG with the Basic ATK, Fleeting Bella consumes 3.0% of her Max HP to deal 120.0% ATK (M. DMG) to the same target. This can be triggered once on each enemy every 0.4 sec. Possession lasts 20 sec.
[Tidewisp Blessing]: Fleeting Bella heals this unit every sec. Her healing will automatically transfer to allies with a lower HP Percentage who do not have Tidewisp Blessing.
[All DMG Up (Major)]: All DMG Dealt +45.0%. Does not stack with effects of the same type.
[ATK SPD UP (Major)]: ATK SPD +50.0%. Does not stack with effects of the same type.
[Puppeteer]: Gains 25.0% of Fleeting Bella's Base ATK.
Tidewisp Prayer
Special
When battle begins, applies Tidewisp Blessing to allied units one tile away on both sides for 15 sec. Fleeting Bella heals units with Tidewisp Blessing for 90.0% ATK every sec. Tidewisp Blessing transfers automatically to allies whose HP percentage is below 40.0%, or to those without the Blessing who have an even lower HP Percentage.

- 10/5/7 means upgrading Basic to lvl 10, Special to lvl 5, and Ultimate to lvl 7,
- Blue means the immediate investment when u get the unit (and are using them),
- Orange means recommended investment for F2P players,
- Red means maximum recommended investment, in order to get the best out of the unit.
More info:
- The skill investment list below features a lot of Level 4 and 7 because they are easier to understand. Any higher levels will cost a new type of resource.
- However, you may choose to upgrade to Level 5 if you need a stronger effect instead of 4, as the increase in Blue Manual cost from Level 4 to 5 is still low. The leap only starts from Level 6 onward.
- There is also a leap from Level 3 to 4, so if you want to save a tiny bit of Blue Manuals, then leave at 3 instead of 4.
Priority explained:
- Meta: Most important characters used everywhere.
- High: Good in various PvE content.
- Medium: Good in at least one PvE content.
- Low: Can perform well in some PVE content, but they're niche.
- PvP: These units are mainly used in PvP.
The Recommended and Flex stats listed below aren't placed in specific order. We may order them in the future once we have a better understanding of the damage formula, but currently the order does not matter.
