Transcendence is a new system introduced in the anniversary patch in KR/JPN. It increases the level cap from 125 and every 5 levels you will unlock a new passive. Big thanks to alicanli09 who gathered the information, translated it and shared it with us.
Vetto is a Power defender that provides some useful debuffs and is capable of sustaining himself with lifesteal.
His Skill 1 inflicts [Disarm] on a single target for 2 turns, decreasing the damage they inflict. His Skill 2 grants Vetto a 50% [Lifesteal] if his HP is 60% or below. For each fallen ally, Vetto deals gains a 20/50% [Increased Damage Dealt] buff. If you have Vetto's skill card, he will also have a 60% chance to extend the duration of existing debuffs by 1 turn.
His special attack grants 70% [Lifesteal] when hitting the enemy, with an extra 35% if attacking an enemy under the [Disarm] debuff. His Combined attack is the only way he can inflict [Taunt] on the enemy, with a 60/100% chance depending on skill level. When paired with Fana, he can use his United attack that grants Vetto a [Increased DMG Dealt] based on his current HP, up to 50%. Lastly, when hitting an enemy while under the effect of [Lifesteal], Vetto gets a 15% Fortify buff for 1 turn.
All in all, Vetto is a bruiser that can take a beating and lifesteal back the damage received. His sustainability is ok, but being able to inflict [Taunt] only on one enemy (and only using his combined attack) limits his usability a lot.
Currently, the Power lineup has a few decent options for defenders that are more or less on the same power level, so you can find some use to Vetto - however, there ARE much better Power Defenders on the horizon. Black Asta is a demon that devours even despair, and with that Vetto's limited viability.
Vetto's E2 grants him 7% [Reduced DMG Taken] when hit by a boss. At E5 the bonus jumps to 14%. His dupes providee mostly some HP and Defense, nothing worth writing home about.
Vetto's skill page adds a 60% chance to extend the duration of existing debuffs by 1 turn. It also grants a barrier when recovering HP, having a good sinergy with his [Lifesteal]. If you don't have his skill card you can use other Tank skill pages like Mars or Rades during faster fights, alternatively you can use SR Asta card when facing a boss or even Sekke's card.
Vetto is not a pvp unit and you'd save yourself a few arena points by not using him in your offense or defense team.
