Lancelot is a Tanky DPS that scales off her HP and uses her kit to constantly fire off her Active and Ultimate Skills. Her Ultimate skill deals massive damage to all enemies and resets the cooldown of her active skill to 1 second. Her Active Skill deals AoE damage to all enemies, heals her HP and grants a buff that increases the damage of her Ultimate skill. Her 1st Passive grants her bonus Crit Chance (max 20 stacks) and lowers the cooldown of her Ultimate skill when she’s attacking with her active and normal attacks. Her 2nd Passive increases the potency of any equipped Equipment Main Stats by 160%.

With an overloaded kit that scales off HP, resets the cooldowns on her skills, self healing and iFrames on her Ultimate, this puts Lancelot in a unique position to both Tank and DPS simultaneously. Lancelot teams, once fully invested, are able to outlast many late game maps with high level gaps. Her burst damage and HP scaling also makes her a menace in PvP, being able to generally fire off her Ultimate skill first and nuke the back row.

As a melee tank/ DPS, Lancelot is subject to stat checks, requiring at least Transcend 5 to feel comfortable for most players, specific teams and equipment set ups - HP pets, Critical Damage substats on weapon, etc. She’s also still susceptible to the elemental chart and is easily overrun in nature-heavy maps. Lancelot is also dependent on getting hits in to lower her Ultimate cooldowns, and her potential is muted in boss battles with a single enemy. She is a fantastic carry if you are willing to put in the effort to  build her, but newer players will find building around Tiamat and Galahad a more flexible option.

Lancelot’s Card Clumsy Affection is primarily used by only Lancelot herself. It increases your Critical Damage by up to 60% when at 10% or higher HP. Its Stat Lines increase the user’s Max HP and makes the user’s attacks Ignores Damage Reduction of enemy character(s) further improving damage.

While it is a decent option to invest in, it is not a priority over Lancelot Transcendence levels.

Pros & Cons
Pros

  • Insanely bulky DPS with huge damage potential. Any upgrades to her HP scales both her defense and offense.

  • Absolute Menace in PvP and PvE.

  • FREE Swimsuit Skin.

  • Only unit to have breathing animations in her defeat motion.

Cons

  • Needs to be built around.

  • High investment required, on both her transcends and equipment

Build

Best Substats

  • Accessory: HP%

  • Rune: HP%

Synergies
Cards
  • Holy Sword's Blessing (Ethan) - Grants HP%, which Lancelot scales offensive and defensively off, as well as a one-time Resist Death and temporary Invincibility Passive. The go-to Tank card for pushing high level deficit maps.
  • Elgrad Sword Art Journal (Lua) - One of the best generic cards, offering Active Cooldown reset, massive Critical Damage and Additional Damage, all stats that Lancelot scale off. Best used once you reach effective 50%+ Critical Hit Rate via equipment and buffs.
  • Clumsy Lover (Lancelot) - Provides Lancelot with everything she would want. HP scaling, Ignore Damage Reduction, and Critical Hit Damage.
  • Princess of Smiles (Erin) - Provides HP main stat with a party wide Attack/Defense buff, simultaneously providing bonus healing, survivability and offense.
  • Moonlight Swordplay (Ran) - Both Lancelot herself and Ran Card scale massively off multiple enemies, making this a strong offensive card for mob heavy maps. While the counterattack is Attack scaling and she cannot scale off the Melee Attack buff, the additional damage procs and Critical Hit Rate is always valuable.
Comments

Should you have none of those cards, any card that grants HP%, Critical Damage, Additional Damage, Attack speed or Critical Hit Rate would work.
