Review
Sommer is a [Slash] focused DPS that deals Physical and Reverb Damage. She is a berserker-type character that sacrifices her HP when attacking and as a berserker, the lower her HP, the higher her damage. She also has a lifeline, given that she is always low HP. Additionally, she is capable of consuming Black Cards or [Shadowcraft] to deal more damage. Pairing her with characters that can generate such cards is very much welcomed.
As mentioned in the Intro, she is a berserker-type character; her cards are 90% Red and are expensive, which will require cost regen affixes or allies that can help cost regen. With that said lets check out her cards
Starting with [Bloodfang], this is a 3-cost Red Card capable of dealing Physical damage. Another effect of this card is that it can draw another card (with Red as priority) and inflicts [Slash] double to the drawn card’s cost. Let’s say she drew a 3-cost card, then she will inflict 6 [Slash] very straightforwardly.
Next is [Bloodhowl], a 2-cost Red Card that sacrifices 20% of her HP to deal reverb damage within a certain range and inflicts [Slash]. Additionally, she will generate a [Shadowcraft] upon use.
Then we have [Bloodevour] her Ultimate, which sacrifices 50% of her current HP, enhancing her range, damage and buffing her with [Berserk] for 13 seconds. Within that duration, she destroys all Black Cards and [Shadowcraft] and increases the damage of her Red Cards. This can also retrieve/draw two [Bloodhowl] from either deck or discard pile directly to hand. Once she uses this card, it is converted into a derivative card [Bloodcrown].
Bloodcrown - Sacrifices 50% of current HP, dealing damage to enemies within the range and inflicting [Slash]. This also absorbs HP from enemies and inflicts [Imprison] to prevent them from using skills. Generates a [Reverengy] in your hand. Afterwards, [Bloodcrown] returns to [Bloodevour].
Sommer’s awakening involves making her deal more damage on top of more damage. Later awakening also increases her survivability by a mile. Let’s break down each.
Awakening 1 - Increases her Final DMG dealt the lower her HP, this increases up to a maximum of 100%.
Awakening 2 - Another damage boost behind a certain mechanic of using Red Cards twice consecutively, once activated, increases the damage of her Red Cards and the boost is capped at 100%.
Awakening 4 - Provides a lifeline to allies; this acts the same way as her Resonance 1.
Awakening 5 - Destroying Black Cards and [Shadowcraft] enables her to gain Max HP up to 390%, making her extremely durable. All of her Red Cards will also deal Reverengy damage, which scales off her Max HP, ATK and Red Card bonuses. Reverengy damage is another type of damage, not to be confused with the [Reverengy] Black Card
Resonance 1 — Her lifeline can now trigger 3 times in a battle.
Resonance 2 — Increases her Final DMG dealt the lower her HP, this increases up to a maximum of 50%. Same as her Awakening 1 and this should stack on top of it.
Resonance 4 — Makes [Bloodevour] in your first 5 cards. If she is the leader, it is immediately activated.
Resonance 5 — Gives her ATK and DEF bonuses upon using [Bloodevour] and [Blackcrown] up to a maximum of 52%

Joshua - Black Card and [Shadowcraft] generator, when paired with Sommer, Joshua acts mainly as a supporter rather than a DPS, as [Shadowcraft] won’t be used for damage.
Dustin - Incredible support that synergizes well with Sommer, as he can generate Black Cards and mainly uses red and Yellow Cards, which can help activate Sommer’s Leader Skill consistently. He can also generate cost to help cycle decks faster.
Stella - The best support she can have, thanks to the cost reduction and low-cost cards, Sommer greatly benefits from.

UR Kusa Ryujaku: Each time inflicting [Slash], ATK +0.5%, stackable.
UR Scorching Spike: Whenever [Ignite] is inflicted 8 times or [Blaze] is inflicted 4 times, inflicts [Wildfire].
SSR Unbewusstes Probe: Whenever you play a Red Card of cost 3 or more, random enemy receive 3% less healing. This effect stacks up to a maximum of 75%.
SSR Million-Tons Revelation: ATK +80
SSR: Degenerate Blackrock: Increases wearer's final DMG dealt by 10%. This effect stacks.
SR Viscera Collector MK 0: Using [Leader Skill] restores 0.4 Cost. This effect stacks.
R Gardener Multi-Tool: Playing a Red Card increases ATK by 0.5%. This effect stacks.
R Mass Projector: Using [Leader Skill] increases ATK by 1.5%. This effect stacks.
UR Lucid Dream Fiber: Wearer's Red Cards heal the wearer for 2% of the damage dealt.
UR Grandfather Reactive Armor: At the start of battle, convert 5% ATK of the ally with highest DEF to the wearer's ATK. When taking DMG, transfer 25% of the DMG taken to the ally with highest DEF.
SSR Simulated Stars: Using [Leader Skill] restores 5% HP. This effect stacks.
SSR External Memory Matrix: Max damage taken per hit is 33% of Max HP.
SSR Mecha Armor: Whenever [Slash] / [Rend] inflicted by wearer deals damage, restores HP equal to 5% of the damage dealt.
SSR Black Rock Armor: Reduces wearer's final DMG taken by 10%. This effect stacks.
SSR High Dimension Construct: Generating a Black Card restores 5% of Max HP. This effect stacks.
SR Resonance Fiber: When own skill card is used, restores 2% of Max HP.
UR Dawncloud Seal: Max Hand Size +1.
UR World Line ß Box: Draws a card whenever you encounter a wave of enemies, prioritizing wearer's skill cards.
SSR Mobius: Cards in your hand are replenished 0.25 seconds faster. This effect stacks.
SSR Divinity Seal: Gains 2 Cost at the battle's beginning. This effect stacks.
SSR Fengshui Tactical Drone: For every 8 cards used, increases ATK or DEF by 2%, up to a maximum of 50%.
SR Magic Spring: Restores 0.02 Cost per second. This effect stacks.
