ShiftUp is never tired of making niche characters, are they? Introducing Label—a new SSR that will mostly be used in PvP and only hold a can of beer in PvE. Label is a B1 Defender who protects herself with Shield. Whenever her Shield is up, she grants herself an immense ATK buff. She also grants a slightly lower amount to teammates whenever she uses Burst. Whenever her Shield gets broken, Label becomes untargettable and is stunned for a short period. Her next normal attack when un-Shielded afterward will immediately regenerate her Shield.
There are two highlights to Label's kit. The first one is her massive Damage Reduction from Electric units. This will be useless in PvE, but in PvP, this is godsend. Why is that? Well, most of the meta units there are Electric (Scarlet, Rosanna, Cindy), and having a chance to counter them is always an advantage. Like how Sakura is situationally used against SBS, Label can be used against fast Scarlet comps and Rosanna comps (this one requires deliberate setup).
The second is her supportive ATK buff. It's actually huge. 80% of Defender's ATK equals 57~60% of Attacker's ATK with Doll, cube, and consoles and goes higher on lower syncs (due to equipment difference being relatively more impactful). As long as she Bursts, she can grant this buff to all teammates, regardless of whether her Shield is destroyed. In PvE, this makes her one of the highest ATK buffers, but she doesn't offer anything else beyond that, which is a problem (no CDR, no Crit DMG, no Damage Taken, no guaranteed crit). Usable? Yes, but not so much for late-game players. In SR, she can be used as a replacement for Miranda (without crit support), TEmma, RH B1, or as a T5 B1. In Elysion Tower, if you are a non-Maids-believer or don’t have Tacticals, you can use her alongside SolineFT/DWife + B2. Perhaps, she will save your team from those Electric bullwhips that spawn in the first second…
More of a hot bait than anything. Despite the gorgeousness we mentioned above, our recommendation for the general public is SKIP. Even if you desperately need B1 for Solo Raid, Label is not it. That being said, if you fall in one of the following categories, she may be worth pulling:
You are a passionate player who loves suggestive girls like Label. Of course, waifu trumps ‘meta’ recommendation.
You are a tryhard Solo Raid player (Top 50+) who is ready to build her for the hypothetical scenario that she gets used in Iron-weak Solo Raid or replaces Shotgun team.
You care about PvP performance and want to expand CA's flexibility and/or SA's offensive options.
If you care about her damage and supportive ATK buff in either PvE or PvP, there may be a reason for obtaining dupes, but by no means we are encouraging obtaining dupes or using mileage to F2P. If you are a whale who wishes to see fireworks in PvP together with an alive Label or maximize her buff in PvE, feel free to get dupes.
Label fixates on creating a shield, getting it destroyed, and creating a new one.
Her shield is a buff called Delusion. When the battle starts, she immediately obtains Delusion. When she is under Delusion, she gains Damage Reduction from Electric attacks and gives herself a massive ATK▲ buff.
When Delusion is broken (shield is shattered), she obtains a linked buff called Shattered Delusion. Shattered Delusion causes her to be stunned for x secs and gain Untargettable for the same duration. The value of x depends on how many times her Delusion has been broken, up to two times (hence 2 seconds).
Her next normal attack when Delusion is broken will give her back her Delusion, restoring her shield. Using Burst without Delusion will also restore her Delusion.
Upon entering battle, Label grants the whole team (except herself) Damage Reduction▼ from Electric attacks for 5s. This is different from her own one because her own one depends on her having shield, whereas the whole team one is unconditional.
This can be useful in PvE where Electric mobs launch instant attacks, but in every other case, it’s useless.
In PvP, this can protect the team from immediate Electric attacks like Scarlet’s wipe, Scarlet’s counterattack, Rosanna’s snipes (depends on comp & timing), PrivM/Maiden’s BA.
Whenever Label has Delusion, she gains the same Damage Reduction▼ from Electric attacks, but this one is permanent as long as her Shield is up. When her Shield is up, Label also generates burst energy faster and gains a massive ATK▲ buff.
After using Burst, regardless of whether she has Shield, Label grants the whole team (except herself) a massive ATK▲ buff that is equal to 66.67% * 80.36% = 53.58% Attacker’s ATK, discounting Doll, Cube, and Consoles, which give static stat to all classes. The final number is dependent on sync. The higher the sync, the closer it is to 53.58%. For SR, which is locked to 400, we can expect 55%~58%-ish. Note that dupes also matter.
This makes her one of the highest B1 ATK▲ buffers.
Compared to Liter, Liter’s stronger but lasts 5 seconds only. Liter has CDR, though.
Compared to RH B1, RH’s stronger during her Burst but gives none during the other Burst. RH has better burst gen.
Compared to MirandaTr, MirandaTr’s weaker, but she gives guaranteed crit and Crit DMG▲.
Compared to TEmma, TEmma’s ATK▲ is weaker, but she likely amplifies more due to Damage Taken▲ being less diluted. She also has teamwide healing. The problem? She is “married” to TEunhwa.
Label’s Burst Skill increases her Max HP▲, which restores her health and fortifies her following Delusion(s). Her Delusion(s) will also be immune to damage for 10s. Note that splash attacks and AoE can still hit her because those are not frontal attacks.
Label is not meta, but she can be a replacement. As a replacement, she is better than worse B1s as long as you can work with a 1-1-2-CDR team (not favored in Campaign due to MastM/Ada Wong being the preferred FLEX instead of off-burst CDR). This means running Label as your primary B1 and an off-burst CDR like SolineFT. She is similar to TEmma/MirandaTr in this regard, so she directly competes with them. Amongst them, TEmma is the best due to providing healing, Damage Taken, and ATK buffs; she can also synergize with TEunhwa & TVesti. That being said, Label's ATK buff is the largest, if it matters. Her Shield can also prevent her from getting one-shotted.
Label can be used in Elysion Tower as a replacement if you don’t have Maids or Tacticals and thus run a 1-1-2-CDR comp. Instead of MirandaTr, you can run Label + SolineFT, who is likely better on equal investments.
Similar to her Campaign presence, Label is not a meta bosser. She definitely can be used as a replacement, but we don't foresee her being game-changing. This is because, as a B1 without CDR, she directly competes with MirandaTr (whose crit is important for units like SW, SWHA, Ein, MiharaBC, and Ada Wong) and TEmma (who has better personal damage and synergy in Fire-weak, especially with XDiesel). If we ignore them, you can pair Label with units with low self ATK buffs to fully utilize her kit.
However, there is one hypothetical scenario where she can get used — if Label + new DPS beat the output of the Shotgun team or if Label setup gives more damage than the usual T5 setup, then Label might get used. This case is more realistic for Iron-weak SR because RRH will be B3 there. In Fire-weak SR, where RRH will be B3 too, Label likely loses to TEmma + TEunhwa, who deal good personal damage due to their advantageous element. This makes Label only plausible for Iron-weak, but who knows she gets used elsewhere? Meta evolves, and only ShiftUp knows.
Outside SR, non-CDR B1 is a huge problem if it doesn't beat CDR B1. Take UR as an example. MirandaTr may be used there because her guaranteed crit allows some 3-team combinations to score better, but what can Label do? She will not be used outside SR.
(Jan. 18, 2026): We are reworking the PvP tier list next. Most of the placements are now outdated. Label will be given a rating as fairly as possible in the current tier list.
Label's playground. We thought ShiftUp said they would never release PvP-oriented units anymore, but we guess they backtracked on that.
In PvP, Label is a counter-oriented unit, which means she is best used in offense rather than defense. This doesn't mean she can't be used on defense because she can still be used as a deterrent. In CA, she can probably allow for more interesting counters and anti-counters, further proofing existing setups.
Label's earmark is her Damage Reduction from Electric units and high instant self ATK▲. This allows her to counter fast Electric-heavy comps and redirect the negative effect of some units' skills. She can also redirect Burst Skills that target the highest ATK (since Label has 66.67% * 1.9339 = 128.933113% of Attacker’s ATK, excluding OL, Doll, Cube, Bond, and Consoles). In particular, Label has been tested to work against Scarlet, Cindy, and Rosanna (with proper timing & deliberate setup). Due to Label's teamwide reduction lasting only 5 seconds, she becomes less effective against slower Electric comps.
Label can help prevent your team from being sniped in the first 5 seconds by Electric DPS (it's time to run 4 SGs into Scarlet!); one of your DPS from being dispelled, unlinked, or killed by Rosanna (comp-dependent); and key units from being downed instantly by Burst snipers like HelmTr. Pesky Maiden/PrivM hitting your backline? Worry not.
💡 Tip: You can use the Buff Overloading technique to make Rosanna less likely to dispel Label’s Damage Reduction. Rosanna’s S1 can dispel up to 5 buffs.
Besides that, she does not need to Burst unless you need her ATK buff. In fact, placing her in P1-P2 (+P3 against some enemies) can accelerate enemy's burst gen. But, perhaps you can use that as a gimmick to force them to Burst faster? In addition, Label is a Defender, which means she can benefit from Biscuit. Make good use of this information.
One closing remark—Label gives 70% Damage Reduction. With SR 15 Doll and Lv. 7+ Tempering Cube, she pretty much almost nullifies Electric attacks (94~95%) unless debuffed with Damage Taken. However, this does not apply to shields, including her own shield. Only direct attacks are affected, like AoE and nukes.
In PvE, Label is dependent on her base ATK stat, so gear levels are important, but OL lines aren’t. If you are willing to sacrifice 3 Elysion Gear (Helmet, Vest, Gloves), make sure to overload them and level them to 3~5 to receive maximum benefit from her caster’s ATK▲ buff. If you insist on refining her lines, chase ELE because, if she ever gets used in PvE, it will be Iron-weak SR. ATK is less valuable due to dilution from self ATK buff. Max Ammo increases BA’s uptime (the first is better than ATK).
In PvP, Label usually doesn’t Burst, so there is no ATK▲ for the team. Thus, Label doesn’t depend on gear at all, but increasing her base HP & DEF through gear levels means she can tank better, have stronger shields, and boost your CP. If you use her Burst, then gear level becomes important.
Ideal: 4× ELE, 1-2× Max Ammo, 4× ATK
Filler: 2-3× Crit Rate, 2-3× Crit DMG
Priority:
Note: Label needs gear level but doesn’t care about OL lines. ELE is most important because, if she ever gets used in PvE, it will be Iron-weak SR. ATK is less valuable due to dilution from self ATK buff. Max Ammo increases BA’s uptime.
Skill 1: 1~7
In PvE, shield strength is mostly useless. They can take overflow damage, so let it break. It regenerates quickly anyway.
In PvP, shield strength can decide whether she survives 1v1 or can block certain attacks, like SGs. Upgrade as required, but we don’t recommend going above 7 due to cost.
In PvP, if her shield gets destroyed too quickly, she can’t burst gen or 1v1 because she gets stunned.
Skill 2: 10
In PvE, ATK buff is influential. Must upgrade.
In PvP, Damage Reduction is essential. Must upgrade.
Burst Skill: 1~4
In PvE, self Max HP▲ doesn’t really matter because the value is low anyway, but it heals her.
In PvP, it still doesn’t matter because her shield becomes immune, but it can matter in very edge cases (like in 1v1) where Max HP▲ heals and lets her survive after Shield is down.
However, she usually doesn’t Burst because you don’t want her near P1 to accelerate enemy burst gen (unless intentional) in most cases.
Standard offensive cubes like Resilience & Bastion are preferred in PvE, with Destruction surpassing them when bosses have continuous parts. Tempering is best in PvP, and other choices are much worse due to voiding Damage Reduction stacking. Vigor is only a fine alternative if Reduction is not applicable due to synergy with Shield.
In PvE, Label wants the ATK stat from Doll because her caster’s ATK▲ multiplier is huge. Meanwhile, PvP, Label (and her team) wants the Damage Reduction. Hence, SR 15 is warranted for both modes.
Cheapest unit in 2026 yet. Only needs S2 and OL lines don’t matter much in PvE.
Massive teamwide ATK buff for a B1.
Shield can prevent her from getting one-shot.
Shield regeneration is fast. Can 1v1 in PvP if enemy is not too strong.
Electric Damage Reduction can help your team survive Electric attacks in PvP and instant attacks in PvE (thank you, Bullwhips).
High instant self ATK▲ can redirect Rosanna’s dispel and highest ATK skills if Shield is not broken.
Can block flank SG attacks in PvP through weird Untargettable mechanics.
Can block Electric SGs. No more Maiden/PrivM insta-killing your P1/P5 in the first 5 seconds.
No-CDR B1 necessitates an off-burst CDR.
If you want to use her in PvP for blocking Electric wipes, giving SR 15 is ideal (or mandatory) because Damage Reduction is more effective the closer it is to 100%. And yes, you need SR 15 not only on her but on everyone in her team.
On top of that, you may want to use Tempering Lv. 7+ if extra Damage Reduction is needed.
SR 15 is somewhat mandatory in PvE too due to her high supportive caster’s ATK buff.
Teamwide Damage Reduction only lasts for 5 seconds, ineffective against slow Cindy comps, which are meta.
Damage Reduction does not apply to Shield, so Basic Attack-dependent Electric DPS will deal full damage.
Placing her near P1 in PvP means increasing enemy’s RL’s burst gen from splash. This can be used to your advantage, but for most people, it’s disadvantageous.
She cannot Burst in PvP if she is stunned from Shieldbreak. This can be used to your advantage by forcing the use of another B1 in team but hinders her performance as a solo B1.
Brief no ATK buff after Shieldbreak. Cannot redirect Rosanna’s dispel or highest ATK skills during this time.
Shared Delusion doesn't share Shield. What is shared, SU?

This Overload (OL) Recommendations and Priority guide unravels in detail everything you need about a character in terms of priority, overload targets (effects), and order of acquisition, alongside some notes to explain our thinking process.
For OL targets and order of acquisition, we decided to divide the target effects into several categories.
Overload effects are ordered by importance from Left to Right, which means anything on the left provides more value than the right. Effects that belong to the same group generate too similar an impact to make a difference (and are sometimes interchangeable). Try to follow this order as faithfully as possible for maximum mileage.

Whilst her supportive ATK buff scales off base stat, she is not meta enough to warrant max investments. If you use her, though, she does want SR 15. Do not upgrade if you don’t use her.
