Upon taking damage from Igor’s Ultimate, each stack deals an additional +25% Reality DMG (max 100 stacks).
Precognition
Increases Max Moxie to 12 and the Moxie Cost to cast Ultimate to 8. Igor doesn’t generate an Ultimate, but at the end of the round, will consume as much Moxie as possible to cast an Ultimate. This cast is not affected by [Control].
Insight I
When allies cast Ultimate, Igor gains +1 Moxie and inflicts 3/5 stacks of [Shrapnel] on all enemies. If 1/2 [Beast] allies are present, increase the number of [Shrapnel] stacks inflicted on the primary target when casting [Undying Light] by 5/7. When an ally performs a 1-target attack, inflict 1/2 additional stacks of [Shrapnel] on the target.
If Lopera is in the party, her Critical DMG is increased by +50% and she inflicts 6 stacks of [Burn] before attacking. Upon casting Ultimate, she distributes 1 stack of [Ritual Bullet] / [Incantation Bullet] to allies in front and behind her.
If Moldir is in the party, her and Igor’s excess Moxie is temporarily stored, refilling at the end of the turn if they have space (up to a max of 5). Upon casting Ultimate, she grants +1 Moxie to herself and +2 to Igor while inflicting 12 stacks of [Shrapnel] on all enemies.
Upon entering combat, increase ATK by +5%.
Upon entering combat, gain +2 Moxie. An additional +1 Moxie is gained for every [Beast] ally present (up to +2).

Lv. 1:
[Gryphon Army]: Each stack of [Shrapnel] now causes [Galloping Across the Underworld] to deal an additional +45% Reality DMG. In addition, when [Gryphon Army] allies cast their Ultimate, Igor gains +2 Moxie.
Lv. 2:
[War Simulation]: Increases the additional stacks of [Shrapnel] inflicted on the main target to +14% of the total. Raises the maximum stacks of [Shrapnel] to 120.
Lv. 3:
[Night's Command]: Now gains 3 types of [Bullet]s from the [Arsenal]. In addition, [Galloping Across the Underworld] now deals 1150% Reality DMG to all enemies, and an additional 1150% Reality DMG to the primary target.
Lv. 4:
[Undying Light]: At rank 1/2/3, inflicts 8/10/12 stacks of [Shrapnel] and the maximum amount of stacks is increased to 140. In addition, [Galloping Across the Underworld] gains +11% Ultimate Might for each type of [Bullet] in possession.
Lv. 5:
[Precognition]: The minimum Moxie Cost to cast Ultimate at the end of the round is reduced to 6. In addition, [Galloping Across the Underworld] now deals 1200% Reality DMG to all enemies, and an additional 1200% Reality DMG to the primary target.
Review
The first new Ultimate character in a very long while, and one with a pretty unique kit that has a lot to build on.
First of all, it should be mentioned that Igor grants considerable benefits to Lopera and Moldir if they’re in his party. He removes Lopera’s positional [Bullet] distribution and grants her a huge amount of extra Crit DMG, which she spreads via [Right on Target]. Moldir grants Moxie Storage on top of extra [Shrapnel] and Moxie generation. While he is quite strong with Lopera/Moldir, he isn’t required to use them in order to be viable. You can use other characters like Getian(E) and especially Flutterpage when you have Igor at P1.
Beyond that, his Insights are surprisingly run-of-the-mill for a 3.X Carry. All of his actions stack [Shrapnel] on enemies, which grants his Ultimate additional Reality DMG on cast. Allied Ultimate casts grant him Moxie, and he stacks [Shrapnel] off of their attacks. The important clause here is in his Precognition: “Igor doesn’t generate an Ultimate, but at the end of the round, will consume as much Moxie as possible to cast an Ultimate.” This means that when he is at 8+ Moxie, he will auto-cast an Ultimate at the end of the round.
So, let’s talk about it.
“Galloping Across The Underworld” is a massive 900% Reality DMG mass nuke that hits for double on its primary target. Every type of [Bullet] that Igor has increases its Ultimate Might and it consumes all stacks of [Shrapnel] on use. As far as modifiers go, this is no joke, and with the amount of boosting in Igor’s kit specifically for this cast it is clear why he is in the Ultimate archetype. It is important to note that his Ultimate counts as an Extra Action, meaning it can benefit from Flutterpage and Fatutu.
“Night’s Command” is your primary way of gathering [Bullet]s to optimize the Ultimate Might bonus on Igor’s Ultimate. He randomly selects 2 types of [Bullet]s from the 5 types in his [Arsenal] and gains several stacks of them. In addition, he gains the [War Simulation] status.
Every type of [Bullet] has a different effect when triggered. The list can be found in his skill description, but it is clear that Igor has access to a LOT of self-buffing and some very strong debuffs, everything needed to optimize the damage of that one-hit-wonder Ultimate. [War Simulation], on the other hand, further increases [Shrapnel] application on his Ultimate’s primary target. This is important because [Shrapnel] can stack up to 100 stacks.
“Undying Light” then, is a way of applying additional [Shrapnel], though you’ll most likely use this to generate extra Moxie and to select the target you want to blow up with your Ultimate.
As far as kits go, Igor is pretty simple. Use both of his Incantations to generate [Bullet]s, [War Simulation] and additional Moxie, play your Supports around that and then throw out a massive nuke and the end of (preferably) every round or two.
As described in the review, Igor doesn’t really have a complex rotation or gameplan. His kit also isn’t designed as a flowchart such as with Brume or Liang Yue, with both of his Incantations doing everything you want and the only other prerequisite for his damage is getting enough Moxie (which is a natural result of a standard team). Cast “Night’s Command” and “Undying Light” every round for his buffs and Moxie, and use the other two AP to rotate through other casts.
As he does require you to cast twice a round, he is generally on the more AP-negative side when not in a team with Flutterpage or Moldir, so be wary of throwing more complex characters like Ulrich, Melania(E) or 6(E) in his mix.
Extremely Mass DMG per round.
Has access to an incredibly high variety of offensive (de)buffing for himself.
Slots into both Ultimate and Bullet Archetypes. Since these Archetypes aren’t well-supported so far, there is a lot of room for improvement that he will scale with naturally.
Slightly limited teambuilding options due to the focus on Lopera/Moldir and the general lack of Ultimate-specific Supports throughout 2.X and 3.X.
Can only really utilize Flutterpage if he is at P1, but Moldir is almost solely designed to work around Igor.
Lack of ‘gimmick’ clauses prevent him from breaking damage ceilings like Brume and Liang Yue.

Now that the family is complete (ft. Marsha) we can see what they are capable of. Igor does a lot of damage very frequently, orienting himself around expending Moxie every round to maximize his output. This requires AP, a lot of it, to stack [Shrapnel] as well as upkeeping [Bullet]s while generating Moxie. Lopera and Moldir are perfect fits for this. The former allows him to permanently keep stacks of all his bullet times, causing him to be able to apply a great variety of debuffs while Moldir is helps him stack Moxie on top of giving him solid Ultimate buffs. Marsha is here because she's a powerful and generally AP positive sustain unit. Lopera and Moldir aren't mandatory, and can flex between standard Ultimate support options like Melania and Getian.
