Insight I
Upon entering combat, Marsha grants all allies a [Shield] with (the user’s ATK x150%) HP for 3 rounds. Allies affected by this [Shield] gain +30% DMG Taken Reduction. Additionally, gain [Morning Prayer] based on the number of [Lingering Glow] allies. At the start of the round, Marsha gains 2 stacks of [Frontline Care], dispels one type of [Control] status from allies under [Control] and grants [Pardon] to all other allies for 1 round.
Critical Rate +10% when entering battle.
For each stack of [Frontline Care] consumed, gains 1 stack of [Pain's Recompense]. At the start of the round, inflict all enemies with 3 stacks of [Burn]. Upon entering combat, when Marsha’s attack lands a critical hit or upon consuming [Frontline Care], increase Moxie by 1 (up to a maximum of 2 each turn). Excess Moxie is temporarily stored (up to a maximum of 2), and will be replenished if there is space at the end of the turn.
Morning Prayer:
If there are 1/2/3 [Lingering Glow] allies, when [Lingering Glow] is accumulated, further increase it by 3/5/8%. When there are 3 [Lingering Glow] allies, increase the maximum stacks of [Burn] on enemies by 5, as well as grant +1% Critical DMG to all allies per 10 stacks of [Lingering Glow] at the start of the round (up to a maximum of 100 [Lingering Glow] counted).
Frontline Care:
When an ally is attacked, consume 1 stack to cast a rank 1 [Burden Unspoken]. Maximum of 2 stacks.
Pardon:
Immune to the first [Control] status that affects the carrier (consume when triggered, cannot be stacked).
Pain's Recompense:
Critical Rate and Critical DMG +2.5% (maximum of 20 stacks, cannot be dispelled).
Marsha doesn't have an Euphoria update yet. If it will be released, we will add it here.
Lv. 1:

Review
The first new Sustain unit in a while, Marsha forms the basis of 3.X healers/shielders very well.
Her kit is not that difficult, also because we’ve sort of seen it before. Marsha is similar to Kiperina in a lot of ways; but she edges out in most cases due to Kiperina’s focus on Impromptu whereas Marsha is only ‘sort of’ tied to Lingering Glow (she is a much more general sustain).
At the time of writing this, Marsha is considered the best sustain in the game. Let’s take a look at her in detail:
Her “Insight: Humanitarian Aid” provides the basis for her kit. At Insight 1, Marsha applies [Shield]s regularly through her [Frontline Care] stacks, which allow her to auto-cast “Burden Unspoken” whenever an ally is attacked. She also provides DMG Reduction to allies with her [Shield]. On top of this, she dispels [Control] statuses from allies and grants them [Pardon], which makes them immune to the first [Control] effect that would hit them. In addition, [Morning Prayer] will improve the team’s [Lingering Glow] generation, increase the max [Burn] stacks on enemies, and grant a bit of Crit DMG to allies.
At Insight 3, she starts stacking her own Crit Rate and DMG with [Pain’s Recompense], inflict Mass [Burn] at the start of the round and starts cycling her Moxie. She gains +1 upon entering combat, and whenever she lands a Crit or consumes [Frontline Care] after that.
[Frontline Care] functions very similarly to Ms. NewBabel’s Euphoria, triggering when an ally is hit to cast “Burden Unspoken”. Which is a simple [Shield] application that also dispels one random debuff from allies. If the target already has a shield (from say, her combat entry) their values stack. The important thing here is that she also extends the duration of the existing shield to 3 rounds. This circumvents the problem that a lot of shielders face: having to reapply their shields when the duration is over.
The rest of her kit is pretty simple.
“Virtue of Restraint” is a single-target attack that inflicts [Burn] and grants Marsha a stack of [Pain’s Recompense].
Her Ultimate, “Advice to the Violent", is an interesting one. It deals damage to all enemies, inflicts stacks of [Burn], grants Marsha [Pain’s Recompense] and then converts all stacks of it into [Discipline Forged] for all allies. This grants them a large amount of Crit Rate, Crit DMG and Incantation Might.
Marsha is an incredibly strong sustain. Shielders in general are valued higher than healers in end-game content due to enemy damage often scaling into one-hit territory there, and outside of Impromptu, Marsha is the one unit with consistent and high-value shields that she can also extend the duration of (meaning that she essentially applies an infinite shield so long as they aren’t destroyed during the round).
On top of her shield value and consistency, her ability to cleanse all manner of debuffs and even grant partial immunity to [Control] is incredibly strong. In addition, her other buffs including +DMG Reduction, +Crit Rate, +Crit DMG and +Incantation Might are all of great import, keeping both your team safe while providing a large amount of offensive buffing.
The reason she can be used outside of the Lingering Glow archetype is because her kit isn’t all that limited to its gimmick. The only exclusive effect she has is [Morning Prayer], which increases [Lingering Glow] accumulation, max [Burn] stacks on enemies and grants up to +10% Crit DMG to allies. These effects either only support the archetype, or are small enough to where losing out on them for her powerful sustain and buffs is okay.
As a sustain, Marsha doesn’t require much thinking. Like Kiperina, most of her value is given to her without using any AP. She will naturally accumulate Moxie through her Insight 3, so she naturally builds towards her Ultimate buffs, and her shielding comes entirely AFK.
In Lingering Glow teams, you’ll occasionally want to cast “Virtue of Restraint” to inflict extra [Burn], generate [Pain’s Recompense] and build to her Ultimate faster in order to line it up with Beryl’s burst turns. In addition, her active cast “Burden Unspoken” can be used to clutch out high incoming damage due to it’s increased shield value and cleanse.
The uncontested best Sustain in the game at the time of writing this. Will make the endgame significantly more easy due to huge shields.
Cycles her kit (both [Shield] and Ultimate for buffs) entirely AFK.
+Crit Rate, +Crit DMG, +Incantation Might and +DMG Reduction makes for a very strong variation of support alongside her massive shields.
Outputs a surprising amount of personal damage with steady Ultimates.
Needs allies to get hit for [Frontline Care] to trigger.

Synergy & Teams
The teams below come from our Teams database and showcase ANY team with Marsha present within in all content available in the game.
I Choose You, Qiangliang!
Niche 1: FUA || Niche 2: Crit
With the new addition of Liang Yue's powerful Euphoria, she shoots for the stars with her new and improved damage ouput. Supported by the Nuclear Kid of FUA Flutterpage, who provides massive DMG Bonus, AP +1 and shuffle, and Cheng Heguang who destroys his own cards, throws out a decent few FUAs and has great uptime on some okay buffs, there's not a turn wherein Liang Yue cannot cast all the Incantations she wants. Sustained by either Marsha or Fatutu, with the former being BiS in long fights, there's not a stage that Liang Yue won't blow up. Cheng Heguang is the flex here, being able to be subbed for Lopera and Anjo Nala.
Tourmaline For Protection, Oh And A Glock
Niche 1: Glow || Niche 2: FUA
A derivative Archetype from Burn is Lingering Glow, a stacking mechanic similar to Bloodtithe and Dynamo that feeds off of Burn stacks to proc additional effects in characters. Spearhead of this new team is Beryl who, with her highly flexible kit depending on what crystals you equip, can output a significant amount of Mass DMG. Isolde comes equipped with probably the best [Burn] generation in the game and a new Euphoria that makes her debuffing amp more powerful alongside the damage output she was popular for. As both Beryl and Isolde focus on high FUA output, the team is rounded out with Flutterpage and its signature sustain: Marsha, who is able to consistently inflict [Burn] while applying massive amounts of shields, DMG Dealt, Crit buffs and cleansing. Flutterpage is relatively flexible here with the general supports like Mercuria and Lopera while you can trade out Marsha for most general sustains.
Raise Your Hand If 2.2 Did You Dirty
Niche 1: Ultimate || Niche 2: -
Now that the family is complete (ft. Marsha) we can see what they are capable of. Igor does a lot of damage very frequently, orienting himself around expending Moxie every round to maximize his output. This requires AP, a lot of it, to stack [Shrapnel] as well as upkeeping [Bullet]s while generating Moxie. Lopera and Moldir are perfect fits for this. The former allows him to permanently keep stacks of all his bullet times, causing him to be able to apply a great variety of debuffs while Moldir is helps him stack Moxie on top of giving him solid Ultimate buffs. Marsha is here because she's a powerful and generally AP positive sustain unit. Lopera and Moldir aren't mandatory, and can flex between standard Ultimate support options like Melania and Getian.
