Review

One of the starter characters, Eliot, is a very simple and straightforward Healer who deals a bit of damage through [Ignite]. She fares better with other characters who have decks consisting predominantly of Red and Yellow colors.

Interestingly, Eliot has a few unique gimmicks up her sleeve: her Leader skill is as multi-purpose as one can be. It deals damage, has [Electrify] for environmental and elemental interactions, and, more importantly, can draw the Ultimate of another team member. This becomes highly spammable once Eliot is max awakened, thanks to the cooldown reduction of the Discard action. With the last Awakening, after playing three cards of the same color, she draws another card. Pairing this with the discard mechanic enables swift team deck cycling.

Pros & Cons
Pros

  • Versatile Leader skill that not only applies [Electrify], but also draws an ally's Ultimate.

  • Good synergy with Red and Yellow card-based Decks.

  • Strong card cycling potential when max awakened.

  • Cooldown reduction on discard allows frequent use of Ultimate.

Cons

  • Needs both Awakening and Resonance to unlock full potential, which is expensive for a unit that doesn't get that much usage at endgame.
