The yellow color shows the Primary Attribute and the green Secondary Attribute. Both of those attributes, on top of their normal bonuses, provide additional ATK to the character.
Protocol α: Breach
An attack with up to 4 sequences that deals Electric DMG. As the controlled operator, Final Strike also deals 15 Stagger.
Basic attack performed in mid-air becomes a dive attack that deals Electric DMG to nearby enemies.
Basic attack performed near a Staggered enemy becomes a finisher attack that deals massive Electric DMG and recovers some SP.
[Final Strike]: Final Strike is the last sequence of Basic Attack. When the controlled operator's Final Strike hits the enemy, it also deals Stagger and restores some Skill Points (SP).

Instant Protocol: Chain
Cooldown: 19s
Trigger: When controlled operator performs a Final Strike on any enemy.
[Electrification]: An enemy with Electrification takes more Arts DMG. A non-Electric Infliction + Electric Infliction = Electrification.

Umbral Monument
Can forcibly apply Electrification for free with Combo Skill, boosting all Arts damage taken.
Can freely apply Electric Infliction quickly with the Battle Skill.
Above-average personal damage output for the support damage role.
Many viable, supportive weapon choices further boost support damage capabilities.
Incredibly easy to trigger Combo Skill usable in any team.
Might not always be optimal, but works in every Arts Damage-based team thanks to her generic combo and debuff.
She's free!
Without potentials combo, Electrification has a low duration, which must be timed during large damage moments to get value out of.
Perlica is a 5-star, Electric, Arts Unit support damage dealer who specializes in forcibly applying Electrification without the need to consume any Arts Inflictions or spend any SP thanks to her Combo Skill. Said Combo Skill is also exceptionally easy to trigger, only requiring the controlled operator to land a Final Strike. This, combined with the fact that the Electrification she applies causes enemies to take extra Arts damage from all major elements except Physical, means it’s always viable to slot Perlica into any Arts damage-based team as long as you time her Combo Skill to trigger right before the team's major burst damage.
On top of her flexible Combo Skill, Perlica also has solid damage output herself thanks to a combination of good multipliers across her main skills. Another point of versatility is her ability to play into either Arts reactions or Electric burst with the Electric Infliction of her Battle Skill. You can choose to invest SP into her, or not; either option is viable depending on the team's requirements.
Last but not least, Perlica gains a large boost to her supportive capabilities due to her weapon type being Arts Units. There are multiple very strong options Perlica can use to buff herself or the team, further solidifying her value as either a sub DPS or capable supporter of the compositions she plays within.
Perlica’s Combo Skill is the cornerstone of her kit and a large part of the reason to bring her to many teams. It has a decently long cooldown but only requires the controlled operator to perform a Final Strike on an enemy to trigger, which is very easy to fulfill. Using the Combo skill deals Electric damage, some Stagger, and forcibly applies Electrification to the target while ignoring all Arts Inflictions present on the enemy. At base, the forced Electrification has the effect of a 1 Infliction Electrification, but with a much shorter duration of 5 seconds. The forced Electrification also does not deal any direct damage.
Note: Because the Combo Skill ignores other Inflictions and reactions on the enemy, Perlica can use it without interrupting mono-element teams that would otherwise not be able to access the reaction consistently.
Tip: Despite being forcibly applied, Art's Intensity still affects the Infliction from Perlica’s Combo Skill, improving the stats value in teams that value the damage taken of this debuff highly.
Perlica’s Battle Skill is less universally useful in most teams, but still worth considering in others, depending on the Inflictions or reactions you’re after. Using it requires the usual 100 SP, deals some Electric damage, Stagger, and applies Electric Infliction to enemies hit. When building Perlica around Arts Intensity to maximize her Electrification debuff, the up-front damage this Battle Skill can deal through Arts burst and reactions can become quite significant in some teams, making it more valuable than it may appear at first glance.
Perlica’s Ultimate is as simple as abilities come; it costs 80 to use, deals a high multiplier hit of Electric damage in an area, and some Stagger. Usually best when saved to be used during enemy Stagger windows to take advantage of one of Perlica’s talents — it should also be aligned to hit while the enemy is suffering from Electrification to increase its damage. The only other nuance to using this ability is the fact that using it can trigger some Arts Units' passives, some of which buff the team, so you may want to align it before other high-burst abilities.
Perlica’s talents aren’t transformational but can yield some nice bonuses. The first, Obliteration Protocol, is the more generic of the two and increases damage dealt to Staggered enemies by +30%, which is the same stat as DMG% vs Staggered, and stacks additively with stats like Electric DMG%. This is a nice boost that encourages the use of large abilities like Perlica’s Ultimate during Stagger windows.
Perlica’s other talent, Cycle Protocol, causes her Combo Skill to chain to another enemy when used against an enemy with Vulnerable on them. This chain allows her to hit and afflict two enemies with her combo instead of the usual one. Perlica can sometimes find herself in teams with Vulnerability stacks, but it’s definitely not common, as those teams are usually focused around Physical damage, which Perlica isn’t able to synergize well with. Because of that, this talent is on the more niche side.
Perlica’s gameplay changes depending on the team you’re playing her in, but here are some general guidelines you can follow and work around as a base:
Time Perlica’s Combo Skill for before high damage scenarios in teams that bring her for her Electrification debuff.
Use Perlica’s Ultimate while Electrification is applied and ideally during Stagger. When using an Arts Unit that buffs the team after activating Ultimate, align its use to be before allies' major burst abilities, but still during Electrification.
Manage Perlica’s Combo Skill cooldown so you don’t lose out on activations by holding it unnecessarily, but also ensure you don’t use it too early that expires before you deal the majority of your damage.
If your team requires Electric Infliction, use Perlica’s Battle Skill as needed.
Tip: In teams that use Electrification for other purposes, like Arts reaction consumption teams, including characters like Arclight or Wulfgard, you can be more liberal with deploying Perlica’s Combo Skill to maximize total consumptions in a fight.

Stat 2 Boost - 9/9
Attack: +31.20%
Passive Boost - 9/9
Max HP: +28.00%
Perlica's most generically usable support weapon, which has reasonable passive stats for her in addition to its team-based capabilities. Weapon Effect grants all non-Electric operators in the team a large ATK% boost for a sizable duration after Perlica uses her Ultimate. With this weapon equipped to make the most of it, ensure you time Perlcia's Ultimate so the buff is active during your main burst window. Just remember this weapon can't be used effectively when using Perlica in Electric teams.
Stat 1 Boost - 9/9
Main Attribute: +132
Stat 2 Boost - 9/9
Arts Intensity: +78
Passive Boost - 4/9
Sec. Attribute: +16.00%
As an alternative to Stanza that works in Electric teams, assuming you're able to consistently trigger an Electric Burst with Perlica. When doing so, it applies an Arts Damage Taken debuff to the enemy hit. This is a rare multiplier, making it more valuable than DMG% or ATK% found on her other supportive options, but only if you can consistently activate it. Outside of its team capabilities, the offensive passives on this weapon are fairly underwhelming for Perlica.
Stat 1 Boost - 9/9
Intellect: +124
Stat 2 Boost - 9/9
Electric DMG Bonus: +34.70%
Passive Boost - 9/9
Arts Intensity: +28
Another supportive option for Perlica, this time with outstanding damage passives and a passive dedicated to buffing Electric and Physical teams anytime Perlica applies Electrification which, thanks to her Combo Skill, should be constantly. The damage bonus from this weapon is DMG%, which is the least potent of the buffs available on her weapons, but the excellent passive stats and ease of access it has still make it worth considering in the teams it works for.
Perlica best sets are placed in order of what fits their playstyle the most. Check the comments to get additional context.
Arts Intensity +30. When the wearer applies Electrification, Electric DMG +50% for 10s. When the wearer applies Solidification, Cryo DMG +50% for 10s. The aforementioned effects cannot stack.
Maximizing Perlica's Arts Intensity is the best way to boost her supportive capabilities among the available 3P set bonuses. Because of this, Pulser Labs is usually the best choice for her. Its gear pieces are also ideal for her playstyle, having the right stats as well as a lot of Arts Intensity. Last but not least its 3P active bonus grants her a large amount of personal damage as well.

Perlica gear pieces calculations aren't available yet. They will be added soon.
Increases the duration of Perlica’s Combo Skill Electrification by 75%, upgrading its length from 5 seconds to almost 9 seconds. This potential is a huge upgrade to Perlica’s supportive potential, almost doubling the duration of one of her most impactful abilities. In teams where you aren’t triggering proper Electrification reactions with Electric Infliction, this potential is close to a must-have.
Reduces Perlica’s Ultimate Cost by -15%, taking it from 80 energy to 6,8 improving accessibility, leading to higher total damage output and more chances at activating weapons that trigger off of Ultimate use.
After Perlica applies Electrification, she gains a +20% attack boost for 5 seconds, stacking up to 2 times. This Ability is most likely to trigger off of her combo with two stacks accessible when it chains after hitting Vulnerable enemies. Maintaining this buff long term or even reaching 2 stacks at all isn’t realistic for Perlica in most teams, but when played around correctly, you should have it for most Perlica Ultimates, as you should be aligning Electrification and her Ultimate alongside the rest of your team's burst damage, preferably during Stagger.
The wording or effect on Perlica’s Potential 4 is currently incorrect - which it is, we’re not sure. What the potential actually does is upgrade the force Electrification from using a 1 Infliction Electrification as a base to a 2 Infliction instead. This elevates the damage taken debuff from 12% (before Arts intensity) to 16%. The duration of the Electrification does not change from this potential compared to P1.
Increases the Crit Rate of Perlica’s Ultimate by +30%. This, with 50% Crit Damage, is equivalent to a 15% total increase to Perlica’s Ultimate damage. Not a bad damage boost, but not a game-changer, and doesn’t improve her supportive capabilities at all.

Perlica's best personal damage weapon thanks to its solid passive stats outside of Crit Rate and its outstanding Weapon Effect, which grants Perlica a huge amount of additional Arts DMG% on top of what the passive already provides when using her Ultimate or Combo Skill. When playing Perlica in a more offensive role, this weapon is worth considering, but in teams with allies dealing more damage than her or when playing her in a more supportive role, this weapon is usually outclassed by her other, more supportive options.
