"Once we are connected, wisdom shall springeth forth."
Xaihi is from the Cabal of Tranquility, a research order dispatched from Laterano to Talos-II for technical study. As a Sessionite, she believes computation and linguistic analysis pave the way to Veritas.
She is better with machines than with people. Her talent in information technology is undeniable — even to the Abbess of the Great Monastery in the Cabal of Tranquility. So despite her "unauthorized" upgrade to the dome of the Cathedralis triggering a cascade of accidents, the Abbess still sincerely recommended her to Endfield Industries, hoping she could find a stage worthy of her genius.
Now, Xaihi works aboard Dijiang on information engineering tasks such as Protorig Network construction and system integration. Her unique insights into the Originium Network, combined with the deep knowledge she carries from the Cabal, ensure her place as an indispensable member of Endfield.

Umbral Monument
Offers a large and consistent amount of Amp in addition to other, more minor bonuses.
Good supportive weapon and gear choices, which further boost team damage buffing.
Consistent and accessible healing for the controlled operator without needing to adjust gameplay.
Cryo Infliction with Combo Skill.
Battle skill buff can be used before combat to save SP in some encounters.
Some buffs rely on being at or healing to maximum HP to be applied.
Major buffs, Cryo Infliction, and healing are all tied to landing multiple Final Strikes.
Xaihi is a 5-star, Cryo, Arts Unit support specialized in Amplifying Cryo and Nature damage with a specific focus on boosting the main field operator. She also possesses excellent sustain capabilities, but has a somewhat quirky playstyle that requires upfront SP investment and multiple Final Strikes to function.
The main reason to bring Xaihi to the team is her buffing capabilities, which come mostly from her Battle Skill and Ultimate. To access those buffs, though, you’ll need to make good use of both her Battle and Combo skills, which are both very much interconnected. Xaihi’s Battle Skill is a consumable buff that, while active, causes Final Strikes of the controlled operator to heal themselves (and if at full HP, apply a buff too). To trigger her Xaihi’s Combo Skill, two Final Strikes must be performed during a single Battle Skill buff, something which, in certain teams and encounters, can be harder to do than it sounds.
If you’re able to manage the quirks, Xaihi’s playstyle yields generic arts Amp and healing for the 8main operator, Cryo Infliction through her Combo Skill, and full team Amp thanks to her Ultimate. All combined, this is a very capable package for a Cryo or Nature team.
Xaihi’s Battle Skill is the main ability that the rest of her kit hangs off of and requires to function. Using it requires the usual 100 SP, but instead of damage, it grants your team a 20-second buff called Auxiliary Crystal, which you can easily spot as it appears as a floating blue cube that circles your main operator.
While active, the Auxiliary Crystal causes the next 2 Final Strikes the controlled operator lands to heal them for a base amount plus a percentage of Xaihi’s will. If they’re healed to full or already at maximum HP, they’ll also get a sizable Arts Amp for the next 25 seconds. Also, Auxiliary Crystal’s healing/buffing effects can only trigger twice before it’s consumed and needs to be re-applied. Putting it another way, every Crystal application has two charges of Final Strike healing/buffing.
Tip: Xaihi’s Battle Skill can be applied before a battle starts, while you’re not in combat, to save SP. Apply, it waits for out of combat SP regen to top you back up, then enter with a free buff!
Xaihi’s Combo Skill has an incredibly short cooldown, is her source of Cryo Infliction, and is only accessible after first interacting with her Battle Skill. To trigger it, both healing charges of her Auxiliary Crystal need to be consumed first. After that, using it deals Cryo damage, Stagger, and most importantly applies 1 stack of Cryo Infliction.
Such a high-value, low-cooldown Combo Skill is one of the main reasons Xaihi's Battle Skill feels worth using despite having no immediate effect and a large amount of gameplay requirements. Most teams only use Xaihi’s Battle Skill to maintain its Amp buff, so you’ll usually only get this combo occasionally. This is an unfortunate waste of its low cooldown, but when it triggers in Cryo-based teams, it’s still a welcome bonus.
Xaihi’s ultimate costs 80 energy and is a pure buffing ability that grants Cryo and Nature Amp to the whole team for a modest duration - a simple but very effective effect. The use of this ability is simple, save it for or just before you teams main damage burst window, then use it to increase total damage output.
This ability also has an additional effect as a bonus: for every point of intellect Xaihi has, its Amp effect is increased by a set amount, up to a cap. Unlike some other stat scalers, trying to max out this bonus is not just strong, it’s recommended, as Xaihi’s main stat isn’t nearly as important as her buffing capabilities.
Note: Investing into Intellect instead of Xaihi’s Main Stat Will does boost her buffing capabilities, but comes at the cost of maxing Wil,l which is responsible for a portion of her healing. It’s not a one-or-the-other situation, but you do need to choose one to specialize in when selecting gear.
Xaihi’s talents are small bonuses when compared to the rest of her kit, which aren’t major difference makers in the way she plays.
Her first talent, Execute Process, increases the Cryo DMG% enemies receive (additive with standard Cryo DMG%) by +10% for 5s after Xaihi hits an enemy afflicted with either Solidification or Cryo Infliction with her Combo Skill. Triggering this buff isn’t hard in Cryo dedicated teams, but the bonus it provides, and its duration, are low enough, leading it to not be that impactful in most cases.
Xaihi’s other talent, Freeze Protocol, adds a new effect to Xaihi’s Ultimate. On use, if the team has any Cryo Infliction or Solidification reactions on them, they will immediately be dispelled. This effect is incredibly niche and in most scenarios will have no effect, but in the event you’re up against a Solidification or Cryo-themed enemy encounter, it may see some use.
Xaihi’s gameplay is simple to understand but can be tricky to get used to in practice. Here’s what to watch in general.
If possible, use Battle Skill before combat starts and allow SP to fully recover.
Enter battle and proceed with your team's usual rotation, weaving in basic attacks in order to trigger Final Strikes to establish Xaihi’s Battle Skill Amp.
Ensure you don’t take too much damage on your main field operator, leading to you missing out on Xaihi’s Battle Skill Amp.
After consuming both charges of Battle Skill, use Combo Skill.
If Ultimate is available, and the main burst damage window is about to begin, use it
Monitor Battle Skill Amp buff and re-activate Battle Skill as needed to maintain Amp effect throughout the fight.
Include extra uses of Battle Skill if additional healing or Cryo Infliction is required.

Xaihi's Signature weapon has ideal passives for her and allows her to grant the team a sizable ATK% buff every time she heals via her Battle Skill. In most teams she's used in Xaihi will be doing this constantly, meaning this weapon is as good as a close to permanent Attack buff for the whole squad.
Stat 1 Boost - 9/9
Intellect: +124
Stat 2 Boost - 9/9
Attack: +31.20%
Passive Boost - 9/9

A niche alternative to the options above if you're missing them or the one you do have is already in use. It has suitable enough stats for Xaihi and grants all non-Cryo Operators an ATK% buff for a decently long duration after Xaihi uses her Ultimate. What makes this weapon niche is obviously the fact that it cannot be used to buff other Cryo Operators, limiting its use on Xaihi to when she supports Nature teams.

Flat HP +1000. When the wearer applies Amp, Protected, Susceptible, or Weakened, other teammates also gain DMG Dealt +16% for 15s. This effect cannot stack.
3P Eternal Xiranite is the go-to option for consistency when playing Xaihi. It grants her the most frequent Ultimates and a powerful team-wide buff that she can easily keep active for the majority of the fight. With that said, it's not her best set if all you want is maximum damage output. If that's what you're after, playing into Xaihi's Ultimate's Intellect scaling may yield better results, but will come at the cost of multiple energy breakpoints, leading to stronger but less frequent Ultimates.

Combo Skill CDR +15%. When the wearer recovers SP with a skill, the team gains DMG +16% for 12s. This effect cannot stack.
Xaihi's Ultimate gains an additional AMP% effect per point of Intellect she has, so maximizing it will yield much larger team-wide buffs. Because of this, running the Frontiers set is not only viable but optimal in some team compositions and encounters (specifically ones where the enemies go down in a single Xaihi Ultimate). Each of the Frontiers pieces used all have Secondary Attribute%, which multiplies intellect. The trade-off for running these pieces is that you can't run Ultimate Gain, and that the actual 3P set of Frontiers is mostly useless to Xaihi, as she cannot activate it, plus her combo CD is already very short. This isn't an all round general purpose set for Xaihi, but if what it offers sounds like it's what you need, it can be an upgrade over Xiranite.

Xaihi is a Support, hence there will be no calculations available for them to show the various gear pieces and their percentage difference.
Increases the Arts Amp from Xaihi’s Battle Skill by +5%, further improving her supportive capabilities and her ability to consistently Amp the main carry of the team. Increases overall team damage nicely in hyper carry style compositions. Note: The bonus from this potential is an additive increase, meaning it’s your current Xaihi Amp buff + 5% extra, e.g., 15% + 5% = 20%
Reduces Xaihi’s Ultimate Cost by -10%, taking it from 80 energy to 72, improving accessibility, leading to you having Xaihi’s strongest damage Amp effects active during a higher percentage of your burst damage windows.
Upgrades the Combo Skill so that now when hitting enemies, if another target is nearby, it will chain to that target, dealing its damage and Cryo Infliction again. Not going to majorly impact the damage output of the team, but the extra Cryo Infliction can be useful in some cases.
A small boost to Intellect and Treatment Efficiency%, resulting in a small improvement to healing and the Amp of Xaihi’s Ultimate if you haven’t maxed out its Intellect bonus yet, but nothing game-changing.
Increases the Ultimates Cryo and Nature Amp effects by 1.1 times (unique multiplier). Another nice boost to Xaihi’s buffing capabilities, granting the team a few more % points of Amp, which will raise overall team damage by a bit.
Xaihi is a Support, hence there will be no calculations available for them.

An alternative, but in many cases stronger option to her Signature weapon, which has less team buff uptime but offers a more unique and often less diluted buff in the form of Damage Taken instead of ATK%, giving it the edge in optimized teams. Also grants suitable passives for Xaihi outside of this, making it an all-around great weapon. Note: This weapon requires Arts Bursts to trigger; if your team doesn't trigger them, it's best to skip this weapon. Tip: In teams with multiple supports capable of using this weapon, it's often better to have Xaihi use her Signature to allow the other operator to make use of this weapon, allowing you to have both at the same time.
